The location

A cockroach on the bench in our room as we arrived, the bathroom hadn’t been mopped, had marks on the floor. The pool was over crowded. The hotel was full of children and the main restaurant wasn’t open, the breakfast area was over run with children. One on a scooter flying through people with plates and drinks . We overheard someone asking for their room the have the middle door opened as family were in the next room, they were told it would incur a charge.Definitely not value for money.

Facilities were great, plenty to do and great location. Peaceful.

Beds were quite hard & uncomfortable. Cleaning was a bit hit & miss, particularly dusting. We had dust all over our kettle and glassware.

The room and general areas were clean and the staff was really friendly and helpful.Breakfast was really good!!!

Breakfast was included and was excellent. The location is excellent. The facilities were OK. Not amazing and the whole venue is a little "tired". My wife shared that the facial she had at One Spa was the best facial she has ever had and the One Spa environment was first class.

The staff were poor on their attention to detail. Twice they mucked up simple dinner bookings. Promises of preferred seating for dinner were not kept. Booking requests were lost. My own experience at One Spa was very poor. Paying for a 90-minute massage and only receiving a 70-75 minute session left me feeling very underwhelmed. When paying premium prices for the venue and for services, this really matters and was very poor.

The food in both dining rooms was average the tables were never cleaned up in a prompt manner

Not within walking distance to town and some GPS instructions were convoluted

The location, having nature right in your backyard.

The staff, the culture, not being treated equally by the way I looked.

Everything was great - beautiful location, great buffet, comfy bed, great ammenities (gym, sauna etc).

Check out Concierge could've helped me with my bags as I request assistance (due to bad back) - the reception staff weren't helpful with this request and I had to eventually do the heavy lifting myself which was a pain.

our experience was overall average, breakfast buffet was ordinary, no towels in pool area, requested one but the staff refused to provide. that's disappointing

This hotel is located in the beautiful Yarra Valley. The setting is very picturesque. There is a golf course and it is possible to walk around the property which was lovely. The room was large, with plenty of cupboard space, a couple of armchairs and an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs. There is a good selection of glassware from which to an enjoy a drink on the terrace. We had dinner in the casual restaurant and that was very good and represented reasonable value for money. There is also plenty of undercover parking.

Breakfast was fine. Standard hotel buffet.

Food and service for dinner and lunch was ordinary. Much better to eat in town. There's a shuttle.

A bit tricky with booking golf. Had different people quote different prices.

Wouldn’t have minded a discount for the fire alarm incident ,as I had my grandchildren there and it took an hour and a half to finally get them back to sleep ages 3 and 18 months.

Restaurant times with little children

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast included was also a nice treat.

1) Netflix in rooms should be complimentary.2) Bottled spring water should be complimentary.3) Breakfast first morning was tepid at best.4) Balcony shutters didn’t work in 2303 or 2305.5) No RACV benefits for members that booked through 3rd party.

Staff were very friendly, professional, accommodating and helpful.Location was excellent, food great, lovely setting and surroundings.

Shower needed an extra clean, pillows were not great - otherwise everything was very good.

Set in beautiful grounds with plenty of facilities.

Difficult to get around the area without driving. Staff reluctant to arrange taxis.

Good location. Good spread of food items but slow to refill the hot items.Breakfast Cutlery was not cleaned properly. Knives smeared.

The breakfast layouts at Torquay and Cape Schanck are better

Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast selection, breakfast included in the room rate, option to accommodate a family of three in the room (rollaway bed for the third person)

There was a strong musty odour in the bedroom. When we reported the issue at the reception, the staff offered us an hour late check-out free of charge, which was appreciated

great great breakfast, save the time for the morning while we normally spend 1 hour at the venue, because lots of options for the breakfast. good location for a relaxing vacation.

unfamiliar with the booking about golf venue, luckily the other facilities are fabulous
