Bega Motel

It was clean and around 10 minute walk from town. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was on the expensive side and I did not feel that I got value for money. for the room I got. The wifi was also poor

Attentive staff and beautifully appointed room. Wish we could have enjoyed the bbq.

Can’t think of a thing.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Great position and quiet.

It was neat and tidy and had all the basic amenities like AC, Internet, TV, cutlery, etc

Nothing in particular. If you could streamline the parking in the premises and also for people with late checkin can you please arrange for someone at the reception. As I had to wait sometime outside the reception for checking in the hotel

Location

Sheets were smelly. Wifi signal was too weak, kept disconnecting.

Rooms were clean and neat

When we turned on the heater, it smelled really really bad. Couldn’t stay in the room after we turned it on.

A lot of things, reception staff was amazing, highly helpful, great wifi, good amenities

Housekeeping staff did very basic job next morning, after I informed, they replenished things but did not clean the floor.

Clean

Everything is too compact. Bathroom is small.

Comfortable beds, clean bathroom,

A little out of town

Bed was VERY comfy, shower water pressure was great!

Lounge chair was a bit dirty and the general appearance of the outside of the venue is underwhelming

Road noise was minimal. The Room was clean and tidy and the King Bed was super comfortable. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

Very modernised and functional room. Only stayed for one night, but would have been happy to stay longer. A good central location for day tripping.

Super quiet and spotlessly clean. I really couldn’t fault this little motel.Excellent value for money.

Personally, we found the mattresses way too soft but I guess that’s an individual preference.

Was clean, comfortable, well equiped.

The bathroom sink didn’t drain and the toilet didn’t flush properly.

Clean, quite, polite staff

Very clean, well serviced ( glassware, towels and bedding all clean)

So of the other room occupiers were a little suss

Large room, no road noise, full kitchenette plug in appliances.

The room above us had heavy footed people and were a bit noisy. The smaller rooms were single storey.

Spacious room. Great bed. Very clean and good storage space. Had Netflix and other streaming channels. Staff were lovely and I asked for, and got, a late check-out as my car needed to be towed. Lovely cafe next door.

Would have liked some herbal tea options.

Clean, comfortable, central, smart TV and carapace outside our room.

Unreliable internet, had to hotspot as could not even load a standard website.

Location was good

Bathroom was very small and the shower had mould in the corners.
