I liked the comfort of the bed and the appearance was tidy enough

I heard a small animal in the room shuffling around the room, I assume something came through under the front door or possibly hiding somewhere inside already. Salt crystallising on the shower head, ants in the bathroom, missing a toilet roll holder, one missing light cover, pull out couch was uncomfortable.

I like staying at this motel as it offers basic comfortable rooms with all amenities. I feel safe and secure whilst at this motel. It is a modestly competitively priced motel for what is offered. Having stayed here many times, I know the standard of the room I am paying for.

The pool desperately needs some attention. After a long drive on a hot day, I really didn't want to swim with the frogs and leaves. Having to ask the cleaning lady for extra toilet rolls and tissues was embarrassing. The 'decorative shrubs' adorning the access to the rooms need to be a major rethink. Nice paint job on car doesn't welcome scratches from shrubs. Perhaps a significant cut back or replaced with smaller shrubs in pots.

Nothing... it was a place to sleep the night thats it.

The room was dark and damp. TV wasnt working properly, volume was broken. Spare pillows in cupboard were dirty with what looked like blood stains. Tha only staff member I interacted with barely spoke english.... very disappointing stay.

Location.

The bathroom is not proper. Toilet seats were broken as very cheap plastic seats were used. I had to spend about 30 minutes fixing the toilet seat as I had other family members who needed to use the toilet. As they charged nearly $400 for the room, we expected the room would have basic quality on main ficilities.

It was in a quiet location and the view was was good.

There were many smokers and it was necessary to walk past then to get to our room. The parking allocated for our room was unuseable as the bushes need trimming.

Was very helpful in changing our room to a bigger room last minute.

Could of been a bit cleaner. There was no plug in the kitchen, would of been better with a smart TV. Could of been a broom for cleaning the floor.

Nice little motel, had everything we needed for a few nights stay visiting family. Loved the TV was a cozy clean and spacious room for 2

Shower had a few problems with cold water taking awhile to work. Other than that everything running smoothly no complaints whatsoever

There was no breakfast at all

It was mediocre accommodationNothing to be impressed with. Disappointing but have noted that beds were comfortable.and clean.

Convenience to the highway

Nil but had problem with staffers entry without a code. The staff fixed this with a smile

When I need to get to an early bus and couldn’t find a taxi or Uber to get me there that early, the owner went out of his way to give me a lift there. Much appreciated!

Easy to get to close to town

Taps were very noisy when in use and the water was extremely hot

It was clean, comfortable and simple to check in and out

The body wash dispenser wasn’t working properly or was very low on supply

Good sized room cleans and very comfortable

Large sized studio room had everything we needed for 1 night stay. Bed was comfortable and everything was very clean.

Bed easily slides around due to being light weight

The bathroom was in a poor shape, the vanity was badly water affected, the shower curtain holder rail was rusty, and the hot water took ages to come through. The reception room was clean although there was a strong smell of spices being used for cooking which was a bit overpowering

The rooms were clean and very spacious.

There was no dishwashing liquid for the utensils. There was no tissue box in the room

Comfy beds. Plenty of room. Good shower. Cutlery microwave and plates. Easy to find, quiet location.

A long walk to town, but a short drive.

3 beds but only 2 seats at dining table

although a small room it does have some modern touches. bed was comfy bathroom was nice. pool looked good and clean though we didn't get time to use.nice touch is soap dispenser over sink and in shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all much better than fidly small bottles found in most places and the dreaded hard to open soap bar. generous serve of milk as opposed to the mini ones most places have.

air con is on the older side so a bit noisey.
