Beechworth Holiday Park

Very close to town in a beautiful bush setting / friendly staff - would be great to be camping there.

I would not choose the family room for a holiday but for a one-night-driving-through- it is just okay. It is clean but needs a little update. I am sure the friendly owners are aware; these things take time and money...

Cabin was tired but clean. Staff responsive to concerns.

Fellow resident, possibly a permanent resident of the park, showed disturbing behaviour and sat in her damaged four wheel drive staring into our cabin. When we shut the blinds, she beeped the horn several times. We ended up leaving the site and stayed elsewhere as we didn't feel safe.

Beds are comfortable. Rooms are okay clean. Location is quiet but convenient. Will definitely stay here again.

Price is higher than other similar accommodation.

The location to town and privacy of the park

The WiFi was poor and didn't work most of the time. The reception lady wasn't overly friendly and our check-in was an hour behind time.

No access to wi-fi. Could not even get mobile phone reception to ring office, on arrival at site, and had to drive back towards Beechworth to get reception to say we had arrived.

Location was good, not too far from Beechworth, pet friendly cabin was very clean for older style cabin too. Good constant hot water pressure to shower.

Bed was a little firm. It would also be a great addition if there was a nice green area to sit outside (could be communal) as there’s no deck and the table and chairs are in the carport with your car so there’s no view.

Pool needed to be kept more clean and it really needs a proper games room

Idylic setting. Quiet. Wonderful walks around the park and to the lake. Staff very helpful with everything. Very clean and comfortable. A little further out of town.

Not as convenient to the town for an older person. Hire of bikes would help younger people.

We took our fur baby to Beechworth for the weekend and had a very relaxing stay . The cabin was larger than expected, everything was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable. The park is a wonderful, old fashioned style of park, nestled amongst shady trees and very quiet. There is a swimming pool as well. We'd definitely recommend the park and would come back again.

Nice and cosy.

The split system in the glamping pod 2 wasn’t working properly or turned on before arriving, therefore it was like entering a sauna especially being a very hot 36 degree day.

Room was clean. Staff were friendly

Outdoor furniture was dirty.Carport was overgrown with foliage I had to cut it back.Kitchen had two colanders and two blunt bread knives.

Location and surrounding bush

For a family cabin that said it had a kitchenette,there was no oven. The reason we stay in places with our own cooking facilities is because my husband is a coeliac and it’s hard for us to eat out. Had an electric frying pan and double ring portable stove, but no bench space to use both at once. Also room sleeps four, only enough bowls for two and no microwave dishes or potato masher.

Cosy little eco pod with ensuite, comfortable bed and close to town and the lake. Lots of attractions and walks nearby, nice pool on-site.

Ants were a.problem until I sprayed Aerogard

Very dated room and what I could see was the older smaller studio , Ants in the room .

Lovely clean cabins and in a good position. Staff really friendly and easy out of hours access.

The internet access was very poor, and no phone connection as well.

Location is always good, I like having a cabin to be able to cook if I want.It's out of town a bit but has a lovely walking track behind it that leads directly in to town if you don't mind a nice long walk.Bed had electric blanket which was very nice on the chilly nights.

Shower was very small to the point I kept turning the tap off or changing the temperature which at times led to a scalding hot or freezing shower, it was ok for me but I worried about if someone had a child in there.

Quiet location, friendly owners and cabin was CLEAN and roomy.Nice to switch off the phone and just look, listen, learn and observe.We will be back.

Its NOT i didnt like, If anything maybe the older cabins a little face lift, but also understand it takes $$ and time.

No phone or internet coverage no streaming TV and bed so hard and bathroom so small

Whist clean and a convenient location, bed was les than comfortable

Accommodation did not match photos on Booking.com, older, but OK
