Apartments were well equipped (fridge, aircon, additional fan, ...).

Pool was so small, you could hardly call it that.

Clean spacious room within easy walking distance of town center.

Some of the facilities are getting a bit tired, however progressive refurbishment appears to be under way.

Very friendly staff. Quiet location. Room was as advertised. Close to centre of town. Highly recommend it ?

Room was perfect for our stay at Beechworth. Clean, comfortable, warm and within walking distance to restaurants and cafes.

Even it was cold, the room was heated when entering.

In the Family room, the online ad said 2 twin bed but when we came into the room it was 2 single bed and so we had to book another room.

Great central location, we were able to walk to IGA, Pubs, Cafes and restaurant.

The property is located close to the main area of the town. Access to restaurants and other facilities is easy.

The room is showing signs of age. There was a hole in the brick wall above the bed, and you could see into the wall cavity. The hot water service is disappointing, with a notice on the mirror in the bathroom to run the tap in the basin until hot water flows before using the shower. This took 2-3 minutes to get hot water flowing. Surely this is a plumbing or equipment issue that could be fixed, rather than the huge waste of water in an area that is affected by drought.

great price, really comfortable, everything you need and a great location. We were mountain biking almost all day, every day and this was good to come back to for accomodation.

Nothing that I didn't like. Some things could do with updating, but then the cost would go up - and it wouldn't have made our stay any better. Everything was clean, comfortable and worked.

The Owners were pleasant and friendly.I have stayed here a few times previously. Not much has been done to refurbish the units. No breakfast is providedThere seems to be a shortage / lack of of good cafes and coffee shops

Seamless late check-in. Didn't really have any contact with the Staff at all. Although, Lisa was very helpful over the phone, arranging a late check-in. The room was clean, comfortable & quiet. The location was great with just a short walk into town.

Great location and on-site parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Room/furnishings are as expected for a property in this price range. Shower was hot and rooms serviced daily.

Centrally located motel with comfortable beds. We arrived after 6pm and they arranged self check in for us.

Very central location in the town made exploring very easy and pleasurable, comfortable room, biscuits to have with tea/coffee appreciated. Met all our expectations for an old school motel. Very happy as it was a late booking on a very busy weekend in Beechworth.

Was a reasonable 3 star accom. Location to town was literally a 3 minute walkAccom was clean if a little dated and in need of a Reno.

The guy who served us was grumpy and seemed to act like we were an inconvenience to his day. We arrived at 4.30 in the arvo and were polite as possible.

Couldn’t park directly in front of our room, but there was enough parking for everyone to park on site.

Just a suggestion… need more than 1 table near the pool. The 1 and only table was often being used when we thought we might like to sit and enjoy the area and the people there were smokers … we are not .
