Close to everything, Supermarket, Coffee, Bottle Shop & Petrol Station etc.

Nothing really, maybe more power points near beds to plug in phones.

Location and pool

When we arrived to room was stinking hot due to 42 degree heat.Maybe staff could turn on air conditioning before arrival as it took some time to cool the room.

Classic motel with central pool - lots of pool toys for the little ones. Rooms are very large and nice and solid, so you hear very little noise from the other rooms. Location is very close to town and now next door to a cafe :)

Could use a little more shaded area and perhaps some deck chairs for suntanning/relaxing around the pool.

Facilities were good, had every thing for a short stay

The location was central and the size of the room was great

The pool and the rooms need a bit of work, the pool was lovely but there were some loose tiles that felt a bit unsafe

The only small thing we could fault was the full sun in morning blasting through toilet window some sort of blinds would be useful - that’s just for feedback didn’t affect our overall stay

It was a convenient and very clean motel close to the V/line

The filthy bedspread, the toilet paper rougher than sand paper, shocking, so rough. The room had a musty smell and It wasn't advertised that it was pet friendly, I wouldn't have booked the roo. Had I've known that animals had stayed in the room, it wasn't clean as it was. Also not convinced the bed sheets abd pillow cases were washed since the last visitors.

Local Chinese meal dreadful - eat at the pub.

We have stayed here before and they are so welcoming! It is lovely to be able to pay just $20 more so our doggo can come for a weekend away with us. Great size room, plenty of floor space for her bed.

Only 1 small critique is that the mattress was very hard. I remembered this from last time and brought a mattress topper with me this time.

Nice and clean room with all required facilities .

Car park not allocated according to room number. We arrived around 10pm and had to park far from our room and there was no light in the car park area or the corridor.

The staff were amazing

I wad in room 1 woken about 7 am 3 days in a row bed was like concrete, way too much noise, someone tied to get in my room at about 5 am Friday, bever slept well all week. no

Location next to " Ambience" was great.

My husband checks the room size before booking and was disappointed with the actual size. As older people, the couch was too low and there was only one kitchen type chair making eating together a problem.An additional chair was supplied but it had been repaired and was at risk of breaking.

Not much

The booking was cancelled by the motel at lunchtime just before our time of arrival, even though the booking was confirmed. We were booked elsewhere by them, but it wasn't what we expected and we wouldn't recommend using this motel again.
