The location

Not clean at all , mosquitoes all over

The hotel is quite old, but they have almost everything guest wants in the room.

Some staff should speak English better but it's not a big issue. they can communicate to guest.

The location is perfect very near to maydan just 1 minute

The room was very very small and bit old and poor facilities

The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

the room was not comfortable — the bed was broken and tilted, and the bathroom and shower doors were difficult to open. When I asked to extend my stay for three more days, they tried to charge me more than the price listed on Booking, which forced me to change the hotel.

It was very clean and I like the location. Right in the center and near the bus/taxi stop. Everything was good. The breakfast was simple, and the staff were helpful.

The location is great, very close to the city center

Sewage smell, the room is not that clean, the furniture is very old, some of the staff members are not that friendly, overall cleanliness is poor, you cant open the windows due to the very busy and noisy neighborhood

Staff were very kind and helpful. Location is absolutely perfect. The window had insect wire, brilliant!

Shower doors wouldn't close. Wifi was a bit erratic.

A very convenient location close to Meydan, a decent breakfast. Some of the staff were nice and helpful.

One man working there was particularly rude. There was a leak in our bathroom and our fridge barely worked. The room smelled like an ashtray.

The location is fantastic - right in the heart of the city, close to Meydan Square. There’s a bus stop right next to the hotel, with dolmuş going to many parts of the city. Breakfast is served in portions, but it’s tasty and filling.That said, the staff are very helpful and accommodating - they even changed our room after we had already taken a shower upon arrival.

The rooms would benefit from a renovation, as the furniture and decor feel a bit dated.

The only think I liked is the location and receptionist on the second day who was very kind to advise me on the tours around the city.

Receptionist on the first day - owful, unhelpful, rude person got irritated when I asked him questions. Advised me bad tour around the city which did not meet expectations. Hair in the bathroom, noone cared to clean the room for 4 days! Facilities in the room old, exactly the same breakfast for 4 days!

Room not very clean, but thats what you get for this price

The location was fantastic – it was incredibly convenient for getting around and had excellent transport links. For the price, it definitely felt like good value, especially since breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus.

However, there was one significant drawback: the room I was in had a noticeable smell of cigarettes. This was quite unpleasant.

The property is right in the centre of Trabzon and they provide tours to Sumela Monastery for a super good price!

There was a mouse in the bathroom. The shower was not good enough. The room is too small. The breakfast is not an open buffet. There was much noise outside.

Good hotel good location only one of them staff ,he is so bad ,i asked about something , he ignored me quation, and when we woke up at 6 am he was sleep and he closed hotel door , we woke up him and he was angry,and said you reserved only for one night but actually we booked for two nights, i showed booking email after that he said okay he maybe 37 years old , when you will go to there you will find him so easily, but about other , they are so profitional and perfect and they are so respectly , totally good place to remain compare with price ,

The room was small and bathroom was small, however fairly good for 1 person to stayThere was a smell like cigarette smoking in the room always. But I did not complain as I was staying alone and only for 4 nights. I think it will be annoying if family stays( my room was 401)The covering of the bed was not totally clean as I saw stains in it. However it was acceptable to sleep on.Overall it is good stay for paid money
