Clean room and good shower, the personnal so helpfull and freindlly i really loved them

The hotel is great value for the price. 8 mins walk to Ayasofya and the Black Sea promenade. Dolmus just outside the door. The double room was large, bright and very comfortable. It did get noisy with other people who would speak loudly or blast the TV. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Always smiling and ready to help in every way. If you are looking for peace and quiet I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very fast wifi. They will help you with tour bookings. Surrounded by eating joints and grocery shops.

The breakfast for me was a big struggle. Lots of dishes but none edible as everything seemed stale and cold. The basic of toast, jam and butter were not present. Eggs were stale and lots of the salad seemed left over from the day before. As mentioned by others, do not pay for the breakfast, if it's included great but don't expect much. Though I had requested for a non smoking room, the room had a very strong smell of smoke especially in the bathroom and cigarette burns in the shower. The hot water was not consistent.

Staff very helpful and polite. Free parking space. Towels, slippers, etc. everything in place. Cheap price.

Poor breakfast, little choices and not very tasty. Double bed uncomfortable, actually mattress splits in half. Kind of cold and lights coming from the street, curtains needs to be changed.

It's what to expect from a 3* hotel wasn't fantastic but wasn't bad either.

Breakfast was OK, some foods I would have eaten if it's was hot, but the containers they put them in were cold. The only staff person to speak to you was the lady doing breakfast. I asked 3 times in one day for some bottle water to be placed in my room.

The property is well maintained, centrally located, close to all Trabzon attractions, the receptionists are very nice and helpful.

Excellent staff especially Sister HELIMEH treated us like a family❤️❤️, worth for money. The breakfast was very decent and delicious. Location wise, it's very close to ayasofiya.Nothing to complain. 10/10.

The staff were very friendly especially the lady that prepared breakfast. The typical Turkish breakfast was good with a good variety and different every morning. The hotel is located in a lovely area with loads of supermarkets and restaurants. Close to the main shopping streets in Meydan

I asked for a non-smoking room but it smelled of smoke. Some of the guests were very loud, but reception sorted it out quickly.

Simple, clean local hotel. Nothing fancy. But good value for money. Sufficient breakfast, Ms Halime was able to work with our dietary restrictions and make a dairy free omelette.

Excellent accommodation, superb value for money. Highly recommended. Very clean, convenient parking, near to mosque (for muslim), nice buffet breakfast spread.

We stayed 10 nights at this hotel and it honestly exceeded our expectations. We booked a double room and they gave us a bigger triple room. The staff was always there to help. They also provided daily cleaning of the room and always left water, tea, and coffee in the room for us. The location is a 10-minute bus ride from the centre (Meydan). Recommended

Stayed with family. Very friendly staff, good rooms. Perfect price/quality ratio. The breakfast is the best breakfast in Trabzon. As we will be in Trabzon, we will definitely stay again in this hotel

No minuses for such a price, if only the smell of tobacco in the corridor, but this is almost in all hotels in Turkey.
