Location and Staff

Noise from Pubs at night. Less maintenance works especially on Remote controls of TV and AC has no batteries. Safety box are not working. There are some water leaks from ceiling.

Great position for city centre and a decent price.

Just a little bit tired but ok for one night

Çox razı qaldıq. Şərait yaxşı idi, təmiz idi. Otel sahibi və qeydiyyatda işləyən əməkdaşlar çox qonaqpərvər idilər. Həmçinin tur da təşkil etmək mümkün idi münasib qiymətə. Tövsiyə edirəm.

The Location.

The Breakfast, didn’t have warm water for shower, nothing in the bathroom such as soap, shampoo,etc, the hotel is located near a nightclub so imagine the situation at night ?

It’s very near the airport and the city center

There was a nightclub next to the hotel and it was very loud until 2:30am The breakfast wasn’t good at all

Poor water pressure in the jacuzzi tubstreet noise and loud clubs until 1:00 am

The location is perfect , staffs soo cool and helpful , clean rooms , breakfast was good too , so if u want to be close to everything in trabzon you should stay at city port.

Lil bit noisy at night from a night club at the back but after 12 am all good.

This Hotel was the worst hotel i been , i liked nothing .

This Hotel was the worst hotel i been , 1- i arrived at 2 pm which suppose to be check in time but i get the room at 3 pm after one hour 2- My room was small douple room while i booked big double room 3- The lift was very bad, light in the lift was flushing 4- The room was unconfortable for the following reason - toilet flush was damage and toilet door was rusty - The coffee heater was dusty and broken - coffee cups was dirty ....- Refrigerator not cooling ....

Very good locationHowever back of the Hotel there is Bar/Nightclub and it very noisy and almost everyday there is a fight.

Everything else.Cleaning, Value, Staff and Facilities.They don't clean the room and many things are not working inside the room, like fan, lights, etc..(I have stayed in this Hotel before one year (during pandemic) and it was much better)

staff of the reception can't speak English it was difficult to understand customer needs , around the hotel to many night clubs so guest can't sleep until they finished we couldn't sleep till 2:30 AM we tired to Chang our room to the other side of the building but unfortunately no one help us although since we checked in I complain about the toilet drainage. Was blocked and very bad smell coming out of the toilet in to the room  again no one help us , this is the most worst hotel I have been ever seen .

To be honest nothing

Very poor place , smelly - especially bathroom was very smelly and the room, noisy hotel, sounds of music and bars , even if the window closed all sound in the room elevator noice etc, terrible location - no space to park etc

The location is great as you can reach trabzon Meydan within minute.

The water leaks from wc, shattaf, shower with no intervention from the hotel management. it's opposite to 2 night clubs with very noisy music and sad singer until early morning. No sound isolation is there so your sleep will be off course interrupted.

The location was amazing, just near everything at the city center , clean , comfortable except the noise of some night clubs around , very good value for the price The team working there were very helpful and nice

Every thing was perfect

location 2 min walking to meydan center , next to grocery and lundary ,staff friendly,clean room ,hot water always available , sea view is amazing .thanks to hotel manager he gave free room upgrade . i stayed 20 nights

night club sound very loud . i recommend to stay at higher floor 5 or 4 to reduce noise . tv only one channel available in arabic and rest are all in turkey language .

The location:Location was very good and only 2 mins walk to city center and meydan park, overall location rating 10/10Staff:Mr. Moustafa was very helpful and nice, smiling every time we meet him, there was a girl at the morning shift she was very helpfull but not smiling at all and the last of them the old guy was really helpfull and nice, overall staff rating 9/10

Room:The room was super dirty, walls are dirty, floors are dirty and room size is super small it can hardly take 2 big bagsHouse keeping: only available for 2 hours or 3 to clean all the rooms, towels are dirty, bed sheets are dirty so overall rating for cleanliness 4/10

Nice place in city center near ( Medan )

The prince should be a little bit cheaper

The accommodation was very good and the stuff were very helpful Mr mohamed , Mr, rafeek The place is close to everything Taksim and Othman Bey, and there is more than one supermarket near the place and a pharmacy
