Sumela Park Hotel

Very central location, very helpful staff and very clean

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The location was great, as it was in the city centre

When we arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, we felt that the bed sheets were not clean, so we asked them to change them. Also, there were someone else's used slippers in the bathroom. And if you ask me, the door handles also needed to be replaced because they were rusty.

We checked in Laye night, next day we asked just one hour late check out, hotel was almost empty, the supervisor refused. Honestly was very Rude with us, I don't recommend it for any one.

Location is only good thing.

Breakfast was terrible, no exaggeration on this. Rooms esp the bathroom was dirty. Was horrible regretted staying there

Staff were great, beds very comfortable and very central location.

Shower did not stay up, very amateur cleaning, no next to bed lamp, very cheap furniture, one of the rooms felt damp.

I liked the location of the hotel most. The staff was very nice and cooperative, especially Hasan. The internet connection was weak at night. There is a need for more variety of food on breakfast.

The view from my room wasn't satisfactory.

1- Helpful team Especially ( Gokce & Hassan provided high customer services ).2- Location was not bad.

Breakfast could have been better

The location is excellent, it is right in the main area of Trabzon and close to everything you need. The building looks fine from the outside. The staff did their best to respond to our needs.

The hotel is not in good shape. The building seems a bit old and needs some face lifting. The check in took long, and we were made to wait till 3:00 PM to have our room even though the check in time is 2:00 PM.

New hotel

I was dissatisfied with the service of Sumela Park Hotel. We stayed for a day, they didn't take out the garbage, they didn't clean the room. The kitchen has a very small menu with almost nothing

Good place to stay in pig rooms with friendly and helpful staff In the center , every thing is in a few steps away I enjoyed my stay in hotel

We were there for 5 days since the day we checked in the phone & the fridge not been working even after several reminders no one came to fix it. The staff are rude. The breakfast is gross fell sick after 1st day we ate. We had 2 rooms booked as we were with kids instead of giving rooms next to each other they gave us the rooms far away.

Only location rest all is not worth it.
