Located just a 5-minute drive from Port Fairy’s East Beach, Gum Tree Caravan offers self-contained accommodations with included bed linen. Guest receive 24-hours of free WiFi access. Gum Tree is located a 6-minute drive from Port Fairy Golf Club and 8 minutes’ drive from Port Fairy Wharf and Griffiths Island. Warrnambool Railway Station is a 20-minute drive away. The cottages offer kitchen facilities and a dining table. They also include a lounge area with a flat-screen TV. Most cottages are equipped with air conditioning. There is a shared BBQ on site, and guests are free to use the communal laundry facilities. Free private parking is available on site.

Pros +

Location was good and the facilities were clean. The owners/staff were lovely and extremely friendly
Comfortable space for what suited us.

Cons -

The cabins cater for families not adults we are four adults 2 in their sixties and there was a double bed and then bunks which were uncomfortable and werent even made up we had to do that ourselves along with the fact that bunks are not suitable for anyone else but children. The wind comes under all the doors and the floor was slippery due to wet weather no door mat inside to help elevate this.
