Ok for a overnight pitstop. Clean. Shower was a good size. Comfortable.

Unusual layout with bathroom sink in main room. Layout seemed to make it feel very small. Aircon was old style and stopped heating after 15 min, then would blow cool air. Should have shut off I guess. Was cheap.

Budget friendly motel. 5 mins to town. Clean and comfortable.

Nothing negative to say about this motel, it is value for what you pay. Only recommend it has an AC in the bedroom of the family room. The AC in the living area does not realy enter or cool the bedroom on a 40 degree day.

Rooms were a little on the small side and dated but clean. Good place for a quick stopover on our travels. A little way out of town. Quite location.

That i couldn't get the TV to work

it was clean and the receptionist was amazing and very good and welcoming highly recommend this place to anyone passing through Hamilton. After we just had a horrible experience at Halls Gap this place saved us!

The linen was very good, the beds were comfortable. Mostly good overall.

Mostly good, though it was a bit noisy in Room 9 during the night (I presume due to the Hot water system coming on and off - clicking sound every few minutes - situated at the back of this room). Thanks.

Good location, cheap accommodation.

Cleanliness could improve somewhat. Stayed here before and always beds good, but this time bed awful slept terribly, hard and uncomfortable that was in Room 1.

Washing machine was free . Washing facilities important with family

The grounds were a bit run down .

Dirt and ??? behind front door and behind fridge … water pressure in shower almost nil … air con took one hour to start heating …bed was as hard as a rock …restaurant not open … tv only had aerial stations until owner fiddled …and finally the drain in the kitchen/ bathroom sink almost knocked me out with the stink , can’t call it a smell … worse . Levels with the worst motel I have ever used . And 10 is out of town .. anything good .. hmmmm . I searching ??

Limited Reception Hours – While the self-check-in worked well, it’s worth noting that the reception is not actually 24/7, so guests arriving late should make arrangements in advance.

The manager and his wife were very helpful, eg gave me some toothpaste because I forgot to bring my own.

Great price and last-minute availability.

Great location!We booked in for a night on our way to South Australia and very much appreciated a clean room and comfortable bed. Staff were accommodating for our late arrival and made time for a chat about the local area

The Staff were amazing, it was a short walk to the lake and having access to a washing machine and dryer was fantastic

Nothing. Perfect stay for a family

No breakfast small simple room, good value. Easy to find coming from Melbourne. Good hard mattress, slept well. Combined sink and basin was OK.
