Hamilton Townhouse Motel

Well appointed, extremely clean and tidy motel. Friendly, informative owner. Quiet room. Park right at door

I was running late, was very accomodating in helping me access the room later in the evening. The motel is definitely worth more than the two star rating.

It was a clean room with all the facilities mentioned. The stuff was nice and looked after us.

The option of not being able to cook but we knew that prior to booking.

Spa was great very neat and tidy

Bed was hard and not enough space for all cars

It was a really hot day and the air conditioning was wonderful!

Car parking is a bit tight in places

Comfortable clean room. Liked the separate toilet. Lovely hot shower with plenty of pressure. Also liked the "make up removal" face cloth.

Car parking areas not very good. Not a fan of the shower over the spa bath plus there were no hand rails for safety and no non-slip mat in the spa bath

Clean, comfortable room close to town and amenities. Great value for money.

Carparking is a bit limited, but workable.

Comfortable, very clean, fresh smelling.

Room & furnishings were excellent bed super comfy & huge soft bath towels.

Location was convenient and easy to find. Quiet. Spacious, well equipped, good lighting, bench space, efficient bathroom with heater and good ventilation, separate toilet.

No complaints.

The beds were fantastically comfortable. Location was quiet and convenient. Lovely space for 3 people. Clean and great communication from the host loved the dinner and brekkie recommendations too!

Close to town. Quiet area.

A bit dated but ok for 1-night stay. Shower in spa tub was awkward; nothing to grab hold of getting in and out. Also, slippery base and no curtain.

Enjoyed the location. Was fairly quiet throughout the night.

Previous guests food and drink left in fridge. Room was very tight although they made use of the space very well.

Location was OK. Had parking

Deliberately arrived in time to check-in but the office was closed. Had to borrow another visitors phone to call the office. Office was still closed when we left in the morning. Very disappointed with the service

Room facilities were very good. The location was in a quiet location. The bed was very comfortable

Great location, very clean and comfortable, management are super helpful

The staff was super friendly, he shares me with a lot of local knowledge on restaurants and hiking trails. Just they way you'd expect from a country motel.

Sebastien is a fantastic host. On a previous trip, I locked myself out of my room after hours when I left to get dinner. He answered my call and promptly came to the property to let me in. The room is always clean and comfortable and the motel is located very close to the Hamilton town center.

Staff went above and beyond to help me, despite me accidentally booking a year ahead of the dates wanted...They moved my room, without me asking, as the aircon was too noisy in their opinion and gave me a space to get changed in, despite me being too early to check in. Many thanks, Penny

Good sized bathroom. Great location. Very clean.

No rack in the shower to put your shampoo and soap. Power point behind middle of bed instead of having one on both sides of the bed.
