BIG4 Riverside Swan Hill

Very clean and friendly staff.Close to Al facilities

I liked every thing about the property. Everything a park can have for a mother and daughter holiday. We loved being by the river we stay all the time at parks along the riverfront on towns on the river over a 6 year period escaping DV the river is what helped Leah and myself relax it’s become a safe space I think because we always come back to the river. We have had some parks refuse a booking form orange door, and GCH or say they are booked out but when you look online they seem to have many options available for accommodation so in the end if we where ever feeling like we needed to get away I’d pay myself and we just have kept doing little weekenders just to enjoy the river on us time. Location right on the river and walking distance to the "CBD" of Swan Hill was excellent. Staff were friendly. Public facilities were plentiful and clean. Even though the park itself was very busy, everyone was quite respectful regarding noise levels at night, which was appreciated.Kitchen area was small but clean and well-supplied.

Unfortunately, the cabin had one less bed than was advertised, so one of us (me) ended up sleeping on the couch. The single bunk was a little short for the 16 y.o. occupant and rather close to the ceiling.

Loud booming music echoed through the camp site until about 23h00. Reception did not inform or warn us to expect this loud music. This is simply unacceptable!

Good location

Our cabin was old, didn’t realise it was a public holiday , kids yelling, parties, people smoking outside all around us

Location by the water was nice, kitchen was great, staff was nice

Location was fantastic, next to the river, walking distance to centre of town, stones throw from Pioneer Settlement, cabin was clean, all the amenities we used were great. Coffee shop at reception. Staff were friendly and helpful, Playground/park next to Big4 had kids/ families there all weekend. Made for a great atmosphere.

The pool was amazing. The park and surroundings were clean.

The cabin was tiny. The beds were small and hard.

Great location good facilities, the ice cream van was a highlight

The Wifi connection was terrible inside the cabin even after I was close to the main office

I stayed in a cabin that was spotlessly clean and quiet. Even the cupboards were clean and did not smell, like some do. It smelled good when I walked in.

I could not think of anything to improve.

It was tidy and had everything we needed. Right next ti the park great pool for kids!

Great spot, staff were easy to deal with even with a late check in due to our travel. It was nice and quiet. The cabin was amazing, very clean, tidy, comfortable and a great layout. Being on the Murray river allows for siting on the bank enjoying your surroundings! Top spot and would definitely stay again!

Bed seemed to slope downwards- we ended up sleeping with our heads where our feet were supposed to go. Screens needed for privacy at night but ould have like access to fresh air to cool the place down more easily

It was such a great location. Rode my bike along the river to the wetlands. The receptionist was fantastic, welcoming informative and very warm personality ?

Everything wasclean… it was great to have the sitting area outside our room and an extra bonus we got to see the aurora australis at swan hill ??

Nice clean place and safe for kids. The park feels spacious and all electronic in the room are all working!
