Very dark room with poor ventilation

Location. Comfy bed, choice of pillows.

Accessible, clean, easy to get to and onsite parking. Very convenient location, after hours check in/ checkout available. It was suitable for our needs.

Backed onto the main hwy, trucks driving past could be heard all night. Ventilation in the room not great, but they have cooling. Room service has to be ordered by 6pm the night before.

Great service. All the staff were super friendly. My kids loved the pool. The beds were amazingly comfy. The room had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Would definitely stay here again.

There was some noise from other guests and traffic. Not bad, and we coped with earplugs.

The spa bath was huge and the bed was comfortable

The wifi was a little slow when trying to watch Netflix ?

The location was good for a quick visit to Swann Hill.Good swimming pool.

Room and facilities and overall complex smaller than photos would indicate.Welcome not very friendly as we arrived on a Sunday afternoon and did not receive message about how to get keys from lock box.

Was a bit concerned about at first about the traffic noise on the busy road running behind the motel but it became quiet in the evening

Loved the amenities provided, especially the wireless phone chargers on the bedside lamps. Liked how extensive the bathroom amenities were.

I'm disappointed that I fill up the spa bath, and it doesn't work. The bed & pillows were sort of lumpy, but I made do. The glare of the room light against the TV made it hard to see.

Great place to stay in Swanhill. Our stay was short, but the staff had a very friendly welcome.

Nothing to do with accommodation, but very limited options for dinner on the day we travelled. We ate at a cafe in the main street and the food was not good. It perhaps would have been ok if you liked Macdonalds or Hungry Jacks, but we do not. The cafe next morning by the River, Spoons, was ok. The whole time we travelled we found that the food standard had dropped considerably since our last trip prior to COVID, except for Bendigo, which was excellent.

The room was great, plenty of space and the bed was good.

The shower floor was dirty, I cleaned it myself. Also no coffee pods in the room. Otherwise everything else was good.

The beds were so comfortable my wife wanted to take them home, staff was so helpful.Great location.
