Location and staff

The location was great and the room comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

There was a toaster in our room but no plates or knives which would have been handy. I am sure they would have been provided if we had asked.

Very clean. Friendly service and location was top notch.

Car parking was a bit squishy for a large vehicle. But that’s just being fussy.

Walking distance to shops, room was clean, bed was super comfy, hot cooked breakfast was appreciated. Foxtel was a bonus!

Kind and helpful staff. The room was clean and tidy. Location was quite convenient for our needs just few minutes from the city centre and amenities. Plenty of parking if you go there with a car.

Comfy bed, great staff, clean

The location is excellent -very close to the Town Centre, just a 10 minute walk to the 2 restaurants, cafes and shopping centres we visited. Very clean, great bathrooms, great showers, comfortable beds, no noise from neighbouring rooms.

Location was good

I felt like me being there was an inconvenience to the lady at reception. No polite welcome and annoyed that she had to attend the office when i came to return my key (because i couldn't read minds that i was supposed to simply leave the key on her desk!)

Within easy walking distance to the CBD, the Quality Inn Swan Hill was conveniently located. It was a fairly standard motel room, but everything was provided, and it was clean and comfortable. It was good for a one night's stay as we were passing through town.

Was reasonably quiet, and reasonably central location.

Would have liked the option of breakfast on Saturday morning. All I wanted was toast and cereal....surely this could have been catered for? Did not appreciate stepping out of my room early Saturday morning into a plume of cigarette smoke, despite signage clearly stating "NO SMOKING". Not impressed.

Spa room was awesome. Can watch TV from spa or bed which are in the same room.It is within walking distance to all shops which is great.

No kitchen in the room so no stove or microwave to reheat food. We had to use the bbq which cost 20c. There was also no cutlery or plates but there was two coffee cups and teaspoons.

It was central and rooms were ok

The pool water was extremely cold, The bathroom was average, and internet average

Had an 88 year old lady whom I did mention her age,however I am unsure if they have a room with shower chairs as she was unable to manage shower. But was comfortable in the room provided.

Was old and tired

This was an excellent choice as a stopover accomodation. It was central and we walked everywhere including to dinner at Java Spice ( amazing !!!) and to the Pioneer Village that night to see the absolutely must see spectacular light show. The room was well set up and the bathroom seemed new. Very spacious shower.

There were a few little issues with maintenance but the owner responded to these in an efficient and friendly manner. Thanks

When we arrived at the room it was completely unmade. The bed had been slept in and wet towels in the floor of bathroom

Located close to everything. The property was exceptionally clean and the lady at reception who greeted us and also farewelled us was so nice and friendly. Look forward to our next family vacation it was a lovely place to stay.
