Burke And Wills Motor Inn Swan Hill

Great property great lady who booked us in and accommodated all our needs including place to eat dinner very impressed with her service and her premises

All good

Close to all you need in town. Clean & quiet.

Easy of Check in.Cleanliness.Comfort of the Bed.Breakfast delivered to my room.

Hot water in show drifted in and out.

An excellent stay in a spotless motel. We own motels so are VERY FUSSY and this motel was excellent. Congratulations to the cleaning staff for a top class job. Facilities were good, position terrific to walk to local venues for meals. Quiet even though on the main road Management couldn't do enough for you. Very helpful. Highly recommended.

Big comfy bed, bathroom and TV in a convenient location.

No lounge

Rooms are basic & spotless. I did not expect clean towels after only one night which was really great. Rooms are serviced daily. Rooms are quiet for a great nights sleep. The pool is really clean and looks inviting even though we did not have the chance to have a dip this time around. Parking is allocated by room number. Very good. Great spot for a walk into town to grab dinner etc. impressed with seamless late check in and out. Thanks for a nice stay. Would definitely stay again.

I believe the pool area is new. It would be amazing & really helpful if there was the opportunity of a bbq or 2. There are many different projects happening in & around town which mean some workers stay. They are very respectful & quiet, but it would be a great advantage to have a place to cook a meal if you just want a good old fashioned no fuss tea. A microwave in the room could also be helpful but a bbq would be great. The beds are super comfy but the pillows were too firm & high so unfortunately we both slept average. I only say this because I’ve never experienced that, next time I would bring my own so not a biggie, just FYI. Also there were no extra pillows as options in room to change over in case. Ashtrays near the stairways for those who smoke but are considerate of others. Again just a suggestion. Thankyou hope this is constructive & is not criticism - I understand NPS scores being in the industry.

Extremely quiet, comfortable and well location with very friendly staff.

All of true above, clean, good location etc. The manager even saw me washing the bugs off my car and came back with a detergent mix to help me get them off. Now that’s great service.

Owner was friendly.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel. We arrived 23 December. Our room did not get serviced at any time. The owner said that public holidays stay would not provide cleanup. 24th is not a public holiday. Single bed was too small for our adult son.

Staff were friendly and helpful

The air conditioner was noisy. I think it it getting replaced though

It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was a great relief at the end of the long driving day.

Modern tidy room, very comfortable mattresses. Good facilities and good pool

So clean. Bathroom updated. Great service. Arrived on a very hot day and was offered two bottles of cold water when checking in

It was perfect

A great location with comfortable, quiet and clean rooms.

Convenient location, quick and easy check-in. Huge room and bathroom, great shower.

Bed was extremely soft to the point we would roll to the centre.

The rooms were nice

Owners were not friendly or welcoming at all. I will never stay there again. We told him that a cover in the bottom of the pool was broken as it cut my sons foot open, Owners said we only went thereto damage his place . We had 2 rooms ,1 twin 1 family 2nights for Christmas 8people 4of them under 12yrs $ $980 o told me not to come back. Owners rang saying that a friend stole a blanket I didn't one see there .NEVER AGAIN

Very comfortable room and friendly staff. A few nice little touches like real milk in the fridge for tea and coffee.

Convenient location made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Pool looked great, just not enough time to try it out. Room was clean and comfortable.

The bar fridge didn’t seem to be cold enough to keep our store bought drinks cold.

Location was very good.Parking was adequate.Room was very clean and comfortable.

No toaster supplied. No wine glasses either. May have been an oversight but too tired to chase up at the time.

The rooms were lovely and big bed was very comfortable and big. It was clean and neat. The shower and bathroom was a little dated but once again it was clean and I really like the fact that it had fresh milk.

We had a downstairs room and the upstairs people were quite noisy all nightI was disappointed to find the restaurant was not open as it was advertised to be so and we've had a seven hour drive prior to arriving there I understand staffing is a problem. There was however lots of takeaway type food in the town close by at a supermarket that you could buy fresh produce from . So not really a problem .It also advertise that breakfast was available which I assumed meant that breakfast was included but that was not the case. You could order a breakfast to be delivered to your room at an additional cost.
