Noisiest room on busy town bypass road.Holes in curtains, curtains falling downWine glasses dirty, wine stolen from fridge.No soap holder in shower.I've stayed in better shearers quarters.

Room was large. Good shower.

Property is showing its age. While this is reflected to some extent in the price it costs nothing for the cleaners to remove spiders and webs in the bathroom and use some bleach on mould. Also repairing cracks in walls comes with at a cost but would leave a better impression on customers about how the building is maintained and the business run.

Great location with hotel and shopping centre very close and king size bed.

No staff at check in. As there were kitchen facilities a tea towel and dish cloth are needed.

I was able to obtain a ground floor unit, due to my arthritic joints. Hotel with food and drink next door was very good. Everything in room was satisfactory; but best described as an old 1970's motel room, so things were somewhat worn.

Spacious well appointed room good value for money. Great central location close to restaurants and cafes.

Pool area was not maintained. Pool itself was very clean as was barbecue. Sun umbrella and lounge chair were broken. No shade on 39C days

Location was good for the purpose of our trip, bed was clean & reasonably comfortable.

No light bulbs in bed lights after turning off main lights to go to bed, hot water was extremely hot which is dangerous, shower floor was not clean with orange build up in grout, one side of drapes were partly hanging off, 1 chair in room that can potentially sleep 3 people & table with no chairs, towel rail fell off the wall with no towels even hanging on it.

Shower pressure was excellent.comfortable bed.close to hotel for meals.

room 14, No chairs with table. Bar fridge needed cleaning down bottom and small freezer was iced up, Spider webs between lace curtains, No extra pillows, Dirty rubbish bin lid in kitchen, Flush button on top of toilet ? Wardrobe door hinge, we fixed ourself, Window flywire screen-handle fell off winder. No hand basin in the bathroom, and hair dryer hangs up near the microwave.
