Breakfast was good.

I arrived on a freezing afternoon to a freezing room at the time I said I'd be there. Would've been nice if a staff member turned the heating on before I arrived.

Comfortable beds, great Hot shower.

I love a great Sauna to relax when on the road, disappointed this facility does not have one.

Really clean , towels replaced, lots of soap provided, comfortable, able to contact staff easily to aid with check in

The air-conditioning in our room was not working, and the daily temperature whilst in Swan hill was 32C. There were staff in attendance to give that feedback to.

Handy to town. Very comfy bed. Check in was easy-got a code to get room key. Nice shower. Very helpful staff. Air con. Swimming pool but didn’t use. Fridge, crockery and cutlery supplied. Plus teas and coffee.

We have stayed here a few times now, always quiet and clean. Check in and out is always easy, we never see the staff as the site is unmanned. Be when we returned our room was tidied and the rubbish taken out. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Great room, clean comfy, great shower and great pool

Very quiet, close to town centre, comfy bed.

Toilet ran all first night BUT once staff were informed they endeavoured to fix it promptly and offered us another room.

This is a very well kept,comfortable place to stay. It doesn’t have a manned reception, but the check-in was very easy with the code to the lock box sent to my phone. It is also very well positioned in the Main Street. A quick walk to shops and restaurants. I will stay here again :)

TV reception was poor and pixelated. Was impossible to watch the tennis!

Great location, clean rooms, clean pool

The external light shone in the edges of the blind right on the bed.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here as a family of four. Very comfortable beds. The family room is very spacious. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful. Close stroll to places to eat.

The outdoor lights don’t turn off, it would’ve been good to have a blockout blind on the window nearest the door. A booking for 4 people deserves four packets of biccies in the tea/coffee service ? us weary adults always have to let the kids have the biscuits ?

We arrived late but the key was easy to access. My family of 5 ( 3 young adults) was overwhelmed how tidy /clean, spacious the place is. The beds are comfy, complete facilities ( with microwave), coffee, milk inside the fridge, even cookies - for holiday makers with kids. Luxury experienced in a cheaper price. Thanks! Highly recommended?

Very clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were great. Everything supplied - toiletries, plates, cups, cutlery, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, iron, tea, coffee, biscuits, milk. They supplied dishwashing detergent and cloth so we could wash our dishes. Great for our 2 night stay.

Car parks were a little tight.

Spotless as always, great aircon, separate room for kids and they were a bit noisy but u could barely hear them thankfully, pool up and running so that was a plus for trip, very close to shopping centre.

WE turn up to reception to find we needed to contact central reception via phone connection this al, worked well as we were early phone receptionist advised our room was ready and gave us code for key box. Room was as expected

To date we have had no contact with motel staff apart from cleaning staff when we booking in who informed us of where to eat and have breakfast.

The location was good.

The fridge didn’t work, microwave is too old.
