The curtains were absolutely filthy. I would have not stayed here if I had of noticed it earlier

The room was well presented, the bed was comfortable

The wi-fi did not work. There was no hot water to shower in the evening. By morning the water was only lukewarm.

Bad

The fact the room was being used by a staff member for showering. There were dirty underwear on floor when I arrived. Had to request room to be cleaned, which took another hour. Waiting around in 35°c heat.Asked for cash on check in. Hot water service needs attention as water was chocolate brown. Dirty and unkempt inside and out. Rubbish bins out back were left open (stinks).

It's not modern but it's out of the way and peaceful.

The owners spoke little English.The management must live in rooms close to reception, the smells of fried garlic, chilli came into our rooms adjacent to reception, while deliciously smelling it was off putting when arriving back at the room. Lots of bugs in rooms.

Shower was good..bed was clean

No pool.outside mantanace was poor..went as a family and couldn't even get 2 rooms side by side..carpet wasn't clean..curtains starting to fall off.one room not smell good..management said if got there earlier could have had 2 rooms together even though we got there at 4.30pm.freezer was full of ice..open fridge door and hits cupboard door..door on one room very hard to close..

Price and location ok.

Was advertised with 'breakfast in room' but there were no plates or bowls to eat any breakfast with! And yet there is a microwave and toaster. I tried to contact reception but no answer so we had to drive into town and buy bowls etc.

Unsatisfied

The accommodation wasn't very good. The fire alarm is not up to code. The are air conditioner was very noisy. The lights above the bed are in the wrong place and the is no fan in the bathroom. I wouldn't stay there again.

old style door of room was hard to open and close room stunk of bleach and like someone had smoked in room pillows were awful. very disappointing as I have previously stayed here

Good area

Room smelly, pillow was all lumpy. Had to ask multiple times for a replacement. Stayed 3 nights, had to ask for bin to be emptied, no refill on coffee/tea/sugar/milk over the three days. Had to ask for more got coffee got no tea! Air conditioner was noisy and could hear other rooms air as well. Had I booked 2nd and third nights seperate would have got fresh towels, coffee/tea/milk etc said daily on site, so expected room to be refilled etc

The room was clean and tidy, the staff friendly and it suited us for what we needed.

There was no daily cleaning. eg. cups for coffee were not replaced after use and we had to clean in the bathroom sink. Rubbish bins not emptied

Lovely location. Simple facilities. Good for a few nights.

Earwigs everywhere. Staff taking up my rooms car park.

Excellent facilities with farm adjoining rooms to watch the horses. Horse paddocks kept clean so no smell either!

Location was good.

Millions of flies in the room, spiders, bugs and earwigs in the room.

Disappointing

Many flys in my room as well as earwigs which were under a pillow and there was no hot water for a shower one of the mornings

Close parking to rooms

Bugs all through the room. Mainly earwigs. Friend also had bugs in her bed and room. Blood and dirty marks on the sheets. Shower screen cracked, wouldn't slide open and eventually fell from the hinges and landed on me while in the shower. Told manager about the shower screen, said he would come and have a look and never did. Rotted wood in different parts of the room -.mainly along the skirting.

They put us in a room out the very back. So I asked for a refund as it was a dirty and yucky area, they wouldn't refund us the 2 nights already paid for so put us in another room closer. At first thought it was clean but we got earwigs crawling around wall with marks and dirt and a little dust. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Just didn't feel comfortable at all so left early the next morning sacrificing our next night. Just not a nice feeling being there at all. The lady who took our money didn't seem to care either way. Will never go there again

Good sized room, we were 3 friends and all had enough space to ourselves. Clean areas, reasonably comfortable beds, nice big window to let in the morning light. I liked that it was slightly out of town so it was quiet. Lovely little table and chair area outside the room to sit in the sun and eat breakfast.

The room could do with extra utensils and crockery - some plates, bowls and forks/knives would be good, because then you could actually have simple meals at the motel (we instead bought some paper plates and cutlery from the shops). There should also be a proper bathroom mat as the floor got wet easily after a shower, and we just used one of our bath towels to mop it up. Finally, it would be good to have a few more pillows - one pillow per person wasn't quite enough because they were thin.
