Beds need replacing.. couldn?t shut the shower screen door , better extraction room very steamy after shower had to have the door open

The location was great. The staff were helpful and friendly, very welcoming.

The photos are misleading. The walls are thin enough I could hear the couple in the next room talking. The 'inner courtyard view' means the driveway, I had to keep the blind down the whole time for privacy.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice and clean bathroom, good shower. Room was quite spacious and very clean and tidy. Kitchen space had everything we needed for a short stay. Considering the central location, it was very quiet in the night.

Decor a bit dated but to be honest that wasn’t an issue.

Central location was perfect allowing easy / walking access to town facilities. Room was well laid out for our needs with separate kitchen area. While facilities were fine, they could use some updating.

Someone had set the wake up alarm on the television for 5.45 am which went off on two of the days we stayed. It was difficult to get back to sleep making the day tiring. It would be wise to check such things before reletting the room. The shower offered a 3 in 1 bath lotion/shampoo/conditioner. This is unlikely to suit most people who, like us, would prefer separate shampoo and conditioner containers.

cutlery was dirty in the cupboard. Previously used and put back in paper sleeve but cleaners didn't check and change

It was clean

The bed was extremely uncomfortable which meant we got no sleep and when ur travelling sleep is so important.

Good location. Easy parking.

Bathroom not good for people with mobility issues. Beds lumpy and very average.

The unit has the basic things you would need if you’re just looking for a place to rest/sleep and freshen up.

The property was good location to the main shopping center. One of the best places I have stayed in Mount gambier. Bed was very comfortable couldn’t ask for a better net from a hotel.

Didn’t rly like the pressure of the shower but that’s completely okay but that’s rly it.

Bed no good mattress didnt fit the base and leaning on oneside.

Very dated room, furniture and property. Bed too firm. Car park outside room not line marked or designated per room. No amenities. Bed radio not working. Little to no info on town sights.

Great service. Fantastic location walk around the corner and you will find yourself in the Main Street. Restaurants, museums, art galleries, historic houses, schools, goal etc and you could walk to the famous blue lake, I luckily had a car with parking at my front door I could escape on day trips easily. The room was quiet, comfortable and quiet.

Great value, kitchenette with hotplates, microwave and fridge. Quiet central location, easy walk to everything.

Not much room between loo and shower.
