Good location, shower was nice. Had everything we needed. Good value for money.

Had difficulties with booking system so had to get our daughter to assist by booking online (as it was quite late). Maybe not user friendly for us oldies!

Great location, beds are comfortable. Good for budget travellers. Close to the city

My room was clean but microwave had mould in it. Did not even think about using it. When complained to the staff they said they will change it. Never happened. Rubbish was taken, but not even try to clean the microwave. Bed linen also had stains.(photos)

The new rooms or the deluxe rooms are fab. The older rooms are absolutely fine for a short stay but they do need to focus on a little refurb of those rooms soon

Bad

Very bad smell comes from next room, smells like a dump station, complained to manager, told they cleaned but nothing help, not recommended at all.

Bed was comfy

Someone had obviosly smoked in the room befire us and could smell it.. room wasnt overly clean

Yes , Katrina the lady in charge was very well spoken,very very accommodating and easy to talk to at reception there, simply Brilliant customer service on a naturally genuine level as illustrated how clean the room was and no fuss place to stay , 5 stars anymore and I would have to call them all Tinkerbell. Lol haha would stay here again in an instant.

Nothing , just well managed, well maintained and value for money , sorry can't fault the place ✋

Very run down, patched holes in the door, room stunk of smoke, had to clean faeces from the toilet. Messaged the property to be told they would check the rooms as we were out for the day, didn’t hear nothing back. Dogs barking in the rooms next to us and could hear flushing of toilets from adjoining rooms. Would not stay here again, poor even for a motel

Good budget motel.

The shower head was very poor quality as we could either use it for extreme hot or extreme cold shower so none of us were happy with it. Rest other facilities were not so bad.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the best sleep I had all week.There was plenty of secondary lighting so the room was well lit and not overpoweringThe tv worked and I was able to relax and watch some movies The bathroom was spacious compared to other motels, The room was clean and smelled good with good airflow,There was extra blanket available for the cold night, and the electric blanket started working immediately to make the temperature perfect to fall asleep.The outdoor patio area was very cool.The staff were still available on site when I returned to motel at about 10pm, its good to know they are there to help if needed.

The air-conditioning had a bad smell to it when turned on, making it unusable , but it was a cold night so it didn't affect me. This smell quickly faded away due to good natural airflow of the roomThe fridge would intermittently become noisy for periods of time. It wasnt enough to annoy or wake me up but I was extremely tired so would probably sleep through anything.The shower water pressure would intermittently drop during shower, to just a trickle.The walls are quite thin, and you can hear next door bonking.Checkout at 10am felt a little early, but i suppose it could be worse. Ended up waiting at airport for 3 hours but it went fast.

Old & nothing like the photos. The cold tap was falling off the basin. The shower was awful. Couldn’t get consistent hot water.

The rooms were very old. They need updating and renovating. The cupboards didn't have doors, but fabric curtains. There were no bedside table lamps, the rooms smell badly, the front doors were difficult to open. Would not return to the hotel, very disappointed!
