Refrigerator not cool enough.

Lovely accomodating staff and managers, good location. Had everything we needed for a good rest, Comfy bed, tv reception and wifi signal was food, Good A/C, Good Water Pressure and hot. Great Value for money and we will be staying again next year. Thanks for a good stay. ✌️

Fittings were poor quality but didn’t matter

It was quiet without being distant from facilities such a shopping complexes, restaurant and town centre.

The bed is badly in need of replacement - the whole bed, not just the mattress. Sagging badly and felt like sleeping in a half deflated jumping castle.

The room was very large in size ,the bed was so comfortable, room was clean . Its no 5 star ✨️ but for the price I was very pleased . Staff were so friendly and pool was clean . Will definitely stay again

This motel is great value. Very clean and well appointed. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The shower was good with lots of hot water. The room was an older style but on very good condition. The bed comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property if you want a value for money holiday stay.

The location was close to the centre of Mt. Gambier.

The bathroom was too small. It had a spacious room but the TV screen was too small and difficult to see from the bed and the couch.

Has everything you need from a motel and with the added benefit of a small but usable pool, which was a really nice surprise after a long journey in the Aussie heat. About two miles from blue lake

Slightly remote from town centre and food outlets. But nothing drastic. Thirty minutes walk or use the car.

The room was very outdated. Cobwebs everywhere. The beds were very uncomfortable and didn't feel clean.The room, specially the bathroom needs an update.

Rooms are spacious and place itself is easily accessible with every room has its on parking spot

Faulty appliances in the rooms, Toaster wouldnt work, microwave too small and takes too much time, got electric shock from the iron provided while ironing. Wi-fi connection is very slow specially in the evening. They have mentioned that the toilet has all the amenities. which is wrong, its only a hand wash dispenser and a body wash dispenser in the shower. Showers are not that clean, very old tiles and the shower sliding door got stuck and it wouldnt open or close without a force. Bed sheets were clean but the donna was not so clean and i highly doubt this is replaced with clean one for every customer.

Beds and bathroom were clean..coffee and tea was appreciated. Good size room.

They advertise a pool..it was disgusting! The pool was Really dirty and no way could it be used. The curtains were dirty and the room very dated and dull. Furniture was very old and looked like it was well used for many years a (Skip job) . Would not recommend it for a family holiday. Perfect for a trucker or work men looking for a place to sleep. Wouldn't stay there again or recommend it.

The room was a good size and clean.The king size bed was comfortable. The location was not far from petrol stations and shopping centres by car.

Once I worked out the remote it was all good.

Location was good, price was appropriate!
