Presidential Motel

The price is reasonable for my request.Staff is friendly and helpful.There is 1 parking slot for each room (Right in front of the room).I booked the room for 4 people, and the area is much bigger than I expected, with a large bathroom.The room is clean and tidy for my stay.

The hot water faucet in the bathroom was making a "hammer sound" at the beginning of use, but it quieted down as usual later.

The room was spotless, lovely and modern with a big bathroom

The room was spacious and clean. The facilities are sufficient. The toilet, bath, and towels were very clean. The bed was comfortable, and extra pillows were available. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and gave us good information about the local attractions.

- We booked the Executive Suite and the room / accommodation was spacious, extremely clean and airy.- Location was very centralised and convenient to travel to everywhere that we had to travel to (e.g., Little Blue Lake, Kilsby Sinkhole and Ewen Ponds).- Staff was friendly, warm and nice.- Check-in and check-out processes were easy, quick and fuss free.- The parking was spacious and every room had a designated parking lot which was extremely convenient.- There is an air-conditioner unit in the room which helped to mitigate the summer heat!- The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and bar soap smelt amazing!- Gym was properly equipped for workout and it was very clean, neat and tidy with all the sanitising equipment provided (e.g., sanitising wipes and towels).- Presidential motel was easy to find.- They made our bed the next day, replenished the necessities and towels.- We had a mini refrigerator in our room, some cups, plates, utensils, a kettle and a microwave oven.

- Bed was a little too soft for our preferences which is probably a personal preference thing.- Air-conditioning was not working as well at night, probably because everyone else was using it too? Not sure, but it was really cold in the afternoon (at 19 degrees) but when it was at night, I turned it on at 16 degrees and it wasn't as cold as when it was 19 degrees which was weird.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, laundry facilities was close and the location was convenient.

The rooms was very spacious, it has a separate sitting area. Nicely refurbished. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. We stayed in room 8.

We put out do not disturb but the room was turned over anyway which is not very environmentally friendly as we would have re used our towels , soaps and lotions etc.

The room was tidy, clean and nicely presented.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the quilt was thin (even with an extra blanket) causing it be be cold in the night. The couch was not comfortable to relax on at all. The shower head was covered in lime scale causing the flow of water to be restricted and spray off in all directions soaking water all over the bathroom.There was no screen on the door therefore making it very stuffy inside.

No sunday room clean, but the person working did a quick one for us :-)

On arrival we found we had a room that had not been renovated. We asked when booking to ensure we would. In fairness it was changed straight away, but was not clear on booking.

It was spacious

Very old, carpet smells, bathroom lights didn't work. Every furniture was old and wornout.

Although the room was a bit dated, everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Lovely room facilities

The maintenance and additional cleaning was not that good. Taps leaking, laundrette very untidy including lots of lint left in machines.

Love the room and the service we were given.

I realise it's really hard to monitor yet, I have lung disease and unfortunately the room had been smoked in which is no good for me whatsoever smelt it as soon as I opened the door.

Nice big room but a bit dated. Could do with renovation. But clean and the KS bed very comfy.

The room wasn’t as advertised. Obviously photos provided are specific updated rooms, and even the older looking room photos at the end of the gallery look more updated then the room we were given. Would definitely not have stayed here if this was what was advertised. Room was outdated, furniture was damp and pointless for the room size, one seater couch with a tv on a bench that wasn’t even facing it. Small bed. Bathroom was also outdated but large.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly.

The room I received looks nothing like the advertised room. It was a very outdated room from the 70s. That was real disappointment because I booked the room thinking I’m going to get what the room advertised. My room certainly not worth over $200 a night.

Room was massive and spacious! Loved that both rooms had TVs so that the kids could watch something whilst the adults could watch something else. Kids room was massive with a queen size bed plus a single bed in the same room. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Guided us for a nice meal and some perfect sight seeing things to do before we left to our next part of our holiday.

Comfy, accessible, AC works fine, room facilities are sufficient
