Air conditioner not working Main light not working .Mould on bathroom ceiling

I liked how central the accommodation was to most of the Mount Gambier City district

The rooms where not worth the amount I paid for as they were very old and outdated and not very big.

Location

Kettle did not work. Cutlery and crockery were mismatched. Carpet was dirty and needed cleaning. Shower was not working properly.

Price

There are lights in the outdoor hallway that stay on all night,and reflect in the room. So it’s very hard to sleep. The shower brings burst of scalding hot water during shower time…it’s impossible to control it, but at least the flow is very good.The beds are not that comfortable, but the A/C unit is quiet and efficient.

Very dated, room was dark uninviting, decor was old, the adjoining door to the other room had tape around the door. There was no space to put clothes

Bed and pillows uncomfortable

The room was clean and comfortable and the shower included a shower hose. I was able to park in front of the room on arrival on Wednesday but I had to park some distance away when I returned on Thursday evening.

When my room was "made up" on Thursday morning it did not include checking and replacing coffee and biscuits that I had used.

Clean towels and clean sheets, bed ok. Just passing through needed a place to sleep.

No breakfast.

Mold in shower, broken and cracked tiles on floor of shower, structural cracks in walls, contact fitted to tops of tables/benches, no exhaust fan in bathroom, fittings and fixtures past their use by date, it was very outdated and very disappointing.

Rundown and dirty. Brocken Flyscreen and room next door had an adjacent Locked door Separating the 2 rooms, so all night we couldn't sleep, because a Man was SNORING and we could hear the annoying noise through that door!!~Also very expensive comparing to where we stayed on the way back!

Complete facilities and convince. Value for money. Love it. Definitely staying here again in Mt Gambier

The carpet was filthy with layer of dust. We needed to pull out bed as the bed lamp was flashing on and off. No cupboards for tea making supplies just a plastic box. Parking was difficult. Would never stay here again.

Location. Easy walk to Mac’s pub for an amazing meal. Close to shops.

Needs complete maintenance review. Not sure compliance is being met. If you have allergies don’t stay here.
