Location close to city centre, good size room. Most importantly though the room, and room utensils were clean.

Very tired venue, garden view was of rubbish bins, lawn mower and weeds, 2 blown light bulbs in room, internet was non existent and had to use private internet, usb point provided but did not work, grounds extremely unkempt. Shower door opened to entry door making floor slippery as couldn't place mats on floor and entry exit from shower awkward.

Friendly staff at front desk, nice fluffy towels and comfortable bed

Aircon was noisy and didn't work very well

There were no towels in the room and we checked in late so couldn’t get towels

Disappointing

Toilet, shower, sink all filthy. Dirty face washers under the bed. No man light in rooms. No dish soap. Booked for 2 nights and there wasn’t even enough for 1 day. Stand fan was filthy.

Check in was difficult. I was not contacted for after hours check in. the 24 hour check in box is out of order.

Aged / dated, really needs a facelift

We were aware the room was a budget room. Facilities were fine - tv was good and offerred options; bed was really comfortable, tea and coffee making , plates, cutlery all provided, car park at front door.

Bathroom, was very dated but passable but was not clean- stains on walls and shower floor but previous occupants hair was still evident on shower walls- which was not acceptable.

It's a standard motel, nothing special.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, mould in the shower and dirty streaks on glass and on the basin and tap. The shower head was terrible too, mostly blocked. Needs cleaning out or replacing. Woke with a sore back from a curved mattress. Also didn't like being forced to look at a Buddha picture overlooking our bed. Any accommodation in Australia should be religion neutral. We removed the picture off the wall.

The bed was comfortable

Really dissapointed after driving in 40deg heat all day - looking forward to a swim as were the very many families staying that night- only to be told maintenance wasnt done so couldnt access pool- honestly- its the one time of year these things shouldnt get left - and our toilet was blocked when we arrived - we were busy with a family matter and should have reported this we know

It was not clean at all. The bathroom had not been cleaned in weeks. Soap scum and stains everywhere

Tidy, well presented rooms with excellent detail to design.

The tapware appeared quite worn and needed fixing, and the shower would benefit from regrouting. Additionally, the glassware was noticeably dirty and greasy.

This motel needs some love and cleaning. We stayed in Room 10 which is a family room. We had 2 adults and 2 children ( 2 year old and a 8 week old)1. The room we stayed in had to be aired out as it smelled musty 2. There was mold growing on the hallway ceiling and the chipboard in the wardrobe.3. The bathroom needed a good clean and the shower wasn’t usable due to how unclean it was and the pink and black mould growing in it. 4. The bedding smelled. The quilt I couldnt sleep with smelled like some guys sweaty BO. 5. None of the crockery was cleanWe wasn’t expecting much but we didn’t think it would be this bad. If you can’t get any other accommodation in town just keep on driving. Was not worth what we paid for the night. If we could have we would have stayed somewhere else unfortunately we didn’t have that option as it was during the Christmas break and everywhere else was sold out.

Nice rooms, but shower needs a good scrub

There was no soap, or bathroom amenities to have a shower and the servo up the road didn’t even have any.

There was no breakfast

The kettle lid didn't close so it didn't turn off automatically (this is dangerous). As soon as water got on the bathroom floor it was too slippery for me to stand on. I am aged and can't afford to fall so I couldn't have a shower. There were irritating mechanical noises going late into the night. The pool was advertised on the website but I wasn't allowed to use it. One door didn't close properly so I thought I was locked securely inside but found out in the morning I wasn't. I couldn't use the TV and don't know why.

Shower screen & whole of shower needs an extremely thorough clean. Has not been done for a very long time.
