Was not told restaurant wasn’t available. Wasn’t told about breakfast being available. No soap for hand basin, no shower cap for rain shower. Room was very spacious and clean.

The room was very noisy as the highway was right at the back door. Large trucks passed all day and night.

That the restaurant wasn't open for dinners at all and no room service for breakfast.Waited Until we arrived to find that out. If we were notified about that then we would of not stayed there.Our toilet was not cleaned, dirty toilet tissue under seat.Bed however was very comfy. Quiet surroundings which was nice at night.Service at reception was polite and welcoming.
The staff were awesome. The restaurant 5* quality food. My 20 yo daughter said she had the BEST lamb shanks she has ever eaten. And omg, our beds!!! holy moly, I want one. I had the best sleep in years on those beds. We stay in room 117 ! so clean, the amazing bath and the "rain" shower. Everything is there, huge big screen TV and and ........

The piano pool the staff had great customer service
It’s was close to everything we needed. We picked the motel as it advertised a restaurant, however when we arrived we were told they didn’t have a chef so wasn’t open on the weekends, and only a few nights during the week. We found a great place down the street to eat and spent both our nights eating and drinking there.
Cleaning staff only made the bed and didn’t take it change wet towels. Had to ask for the room to be made. Spent 2 nights there
