Bridgeport Hotel

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable! Pool was amazing

The area was pretty rough, we could hear people fighting in the hallway and outside the window

Great room. Nice amenities in room and the infinity pool was a plus. We liked the dinner food and the beer and wine selections. Nice place to land in Murray Bridge.

The breakfast buffet was poorly organized and the coffee wasn’t very good.

Nice hotel with really comfy beds. Breakfast and parking included. Friendly staff and some nice places around for dinner including the Bridgeport itself.

That they have the airconditioners switch over to 'Auto' mode at night time. It was 43-45 degrees over the two night that we stayed. When we tried to chnaged the setting, it said Prohibited! Not ideal so didnt sleep the best for those two nights as I was waking up every two hours to either pull the cover on or take them off. The view from Level 3 out to the murray is slightly disrupted by trees so its not much of a view.

Accommodation, secure parking, cleanliness and presentation was great. Unfortunately the restaurant meals let it down.

Steak in the restaurant was terrible, medium rare looked like boot leather.

Grab rail in toilet would help.Floor in shower very slippery when wet

Wonderful stay, loved our room, comfiest bed, great views of the Murray river, spacious, well designed, large T.V. enjoyed breakfast.

I like how local everything was shops etc. The room was perfect Staff were excellent all meals were excellent .

Our fourth stay at the Bridgeport .. probably the best accommodation we've had!Only an hours drive from home, the location close to the river is ideal for a short relaxing break!1

Having booked through Booking.com on July 1st, we were unable to stay on the chosen dates when a funeral of a close friend suddenly clashed on Nov 14.We rang the hotel 10 days before to try for a transfer to the following week, but the manager was most officious and advised "No Cancelations under any circumstances unless paying an extra 20%". ***"if you had booked Direct rather than Booking.com, we might have been able to help!'"We sought a change of mind on "compassionate grounds" and eventually he changed his attitude, and we were very pleased!!

Great location, our room had a view over the gardens and river.

From the minute I arrived the service was excellent. Checking into my room was quick and easy and the room was beautifully presented. I had room service deliver my dinner which was on time and very niceThanks for a fantastic stay

Everything was excellent!

Location is amazing. I got what I asked for, which was a room on the top floor with a view overlooking the bridge and river. We loved the illuminated sunrise / sunset image of the Murray River over the bed and the personalized welcome on the TV - Nice touch. We also loved the secure carpark and the food was great too.

We loved that everything was easy at hand and having the hotel there to relax in after a day out was wonderful. Wish it was warmer so we could have enjoyed the pool too, had a quick dip one morning but was too cold, and we had to go out. Will definitely book again if ever stopping in Murray Bridge

As a Senior citizen, age 85, I felt somewhat uncomfortable using the modern shower facility as there was no hand rail for support, an item which I think should be mandatory.

Location and staff are great

Food is consistently poor, restaurant food quality is terrible, steak too tough to chew. Suggest eating at the other pub in town. Have stayed here multiple times and always disappointed with the food

The spontaneous availability

The dirty room. I've stayed here previously and it's always been clean and tidy but this stay however was not up to your usual standard. There were coffee and water stains on benches the vanity also had watermarks from the sink and it was quite dusty. There was also blood on one of the sheets. Disappointed to say the least.
