Room was very clean. Bed and pillows were very soft. Shower was hot. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The room smelled like sewerage Changed room but the bathroom also smelled bad Room very tired

Not much

Before we even opened the door there was leaves and rubbish that we took into the room. I had to get a broom to sweep it away. The curtains were grubby and torn and there was dust and small particles of dirt on the fridge and cupboards. Possums ran on the roof from the time we went to bed until 5.58am. The vehicle had to be parked in front of the Kay dry and not by our room .

Needs a refurb but in any case it’s comfortable and clean.

Breaky was lovely, location great

Parking is not very accessible when a few cars are there. Car parks very close together and with most people driving 4 wheel drives, you cannot get out of your vehicle.

Great clean comfy motel room with everything you need for your stay. Great Cafe overlooking the river for lazy morning coffee. Very friendly personalized greeting, thanks Tamra for such wonderful customer service and making everything from pre-arrival phone call to check in so easy. We will definitely be back in the future.

Motel was exceptional value for the cost. Very clean, comfortable and had lots of visitor information available. Had a nice breakfast in the outdoor dining area with a lovely view of the river and ferry.

Convenient location, quiet and friendly. On the weekend closest to the only Cafe that is open the earliest.

There was a awful smell in the room, but it was on and off and potentially a sewer system or pipes.

Room was clean and as described. Staff were professional and friendly.

One night stay only to share a birthday dinner with long time mate who lives in Mannum. Previous years made a day trip from Adelaide. Overnight this time to celebrate longer at excellent local pub. So, the Mannum motel met every expectation for location and so on.

Place looks a bit worn in some areas

Location was our main reason for our stay, the breakfast was great at their cafe the following morning and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms are extremely dated , curtains don’t fit the windows wellSo light streams through in the morning, the bathroom had a revolting funky drain smell, which was disgusting and you could still smell it when the bathroom door was closed. The room was clean and tidy with the exception of the blinds above the bed, the ledge was full of dead flies which fell onto the bed when we closed them. The main bed wasn’t very comfortable,Luckily we only used the room to sleep as I wouldn’t have wanted to have stayed in it too long.It felt a bit like a prison cell
