Fitzherbert Regency Motor Lodge

Friendly staff, great location and lovely comfortable, clean rooms. Great price for our family. Really enjoyed our stay.

Parking

Old furniture, old mattress , desk had missing laminate tape around the edges and looked shabby. The room needs an upgrade. The air con unit/electric box next to it made very loud noses every 20mins Bathroom tikes are cracked and chipped

Staff are so friendly and helpful

We had 4 people staying in our room but only 3 chairs at the dining table which we worked around by using the desk chair. Also there was only ever 2 towels put in the bathroom.

Handy location

Comfortable room and good parking

The staff were very helpful in all aspects. The room was very clean & was worth the cost. Bathroom - clean.

The website was old. No pool - website shows picture of pool? The information book in the room was out of date eg: Laundry says $10 to use - in fact it was $15 to use. The information book was dirty and covered in coffee stains.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Friendly helpful staff. Quiet room.

The room was comfortable, friendly staff and room was very clean

Receptionist was pleasantly and friendly.

Beds are hard Walls are dirty Sinkhole in bathroom not cleanShampoo and conditioner half used Ceiling lights filthy

The room was okay the shower/bathroom was nice and clean

The room needed some fixing up with paint needed doing, damage around the room. Bed was hard and the pillows were also. A view of the petrol station not particularly appealing.

Had a kitchenette , was clean and tidy and close to the BP for a early morning coffee. Perfectly good place to stay for a night for a family catch up

Clean, tidy, separate room so great for families

The staff are so lovely

Hmmmm my only thing would the window in bathroom Would much prefer a roller curtainIf someone wakes down the stairs at the wrong time they would get a full show lol We just made it extra steamy

I really liked the location of our room and the bathroom facilities were amazing

Needs another entrance/exit for people walking at rear of property maybe a locked gate with a pin

neat and clean and tidy

a little dated but still good.

Disappointing stay due to lack...

on arrival we found rubbish under the sink and in the upstairs bedroom from the previous occupants, when mentioned to the staff they said the room had been cleaned and after some prompting offered a token gesture of a few chocolates and bath bombs but didn't really seem to be really that concerned.Wall by fridge was dirty, fridge could have done with a wipe out, bathroom could have used some exit mold.None of the beds were on feet / bases were sitting directly on the ground - this is not hygienic, doesn't allow for air flow under bed or cleaning and lessens comfort of the bed.

The staff were well trained, polite, and professional.

The TV channels were not showing, and the message on the TV said to scan for channels. I tried doing this a few times, but it didn’t work. I’m not a keen TV watcher, but it’s nice to watch it sometimes.

Hotel has modern chattels and was clean very nice and polite staff

Perfect stay! Great location, BP right next door so a 1 minute walk. Excellent disability access and parking, super friendly and caring staff. So happy with our stay, would recommend to anyone!
