Rose City Motel

The professionalism of the staff and the professional layout of the room.

The room said aircon, but there was none.

Location was great, within walking distance to the city centre, plenty of parking and a decent sized apartment.

Close to town. Clean and modern

Location

The shower

Comfortable, spacious room. Child friendly. Short walking distance to town.

Great central location

Big vehicles parked up outside and our room, park anywhere we were told.

Rose City is convenient for us it clean & comfortable. We will be staying there again

Bathroom door squeaked

Clean, well serviced, central location but good parking and privacy. Reasonably priced, froendly, helpful staff.

Nothing specific

Friendly service, clean, good layout for us, and we were able to park two cars.

No spa pool. But did have a spa bath in the room

Large room close to town.

Car park was a little tight for larger vehicles but we managed

Nice big room KitchenGood strong shower 50+ Sky channels

Nothing really

Location was OK for me. Owner was helpfully but some minor communication difficulty.

Furniture to low for me. The shower is to open and water overflow to outside floor tiles. No plug in handbags so could have shave. No card to explain how to use TV remote.

close to town.good parking

The room was dirty. The sheets had specks of blood on them

Easy access and central to restaurants

Very basic amenities. Needs updating as looks tired.

The bathroom facility was lovely. The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to access fridge before I had to get to my conference. Much appreciated. Good easy location.

My room had old cigarette smell. Other than that we slept well and I didn't notice noise. I slept well and that's always my biggest concern!!

It was close to the city and Trust Arena

I noticed that the rain was falling onto the bench in the kitchen from ceiling tiles

Poor

We paid extra for a spa bath but unfortunately we didn't have a plug. We had promised our little girl a spa in the morning before leaving which she was really looking forward to. The office wasn't open before we had to leave so she couldn't get a plug. She was really upset.

Spacious and clean with a comfy bed and great pillows. Nice and close to town.

Comfortable

Needs the basics like oil, salt and pepper. A large bowl to serve salad would be a good addition. Overall staff was really nice on helping out for those regardless.

Good location - a walking distance from good restaurants, shopping mall.

When entering the "Executive Studio with Spa Bath" we noticed sewage + deodorant smell, and had to open windows wide to reduce that smell. Asked the staff for help - they suggested that the smell is fine, added that no alternative accommodation is available, and offered us a full refund (meaning that we are to leave, unless we agree to stay in that room). With no other motel available in the vicinity, we had no choice, but to stay. With windows closed that smell increased in intensity. No wardrobe, nowhere to place suitcases, no view.
