Needs to upgrade television to sky

The guy we saw when we arrived was very helpful friendly and he was smiling.

No I have no complains ,I was very happy with it .

Beds were comfortable, good location

Quite dated, shower had great pressure but went all over the floor.

The staff we're absolutely fantastic. Very welcoming. The location was also incredibly ideal, just a very short walk from the centre of town. Also, a beautiful and interesting surprise - the main foyer bathroom was absolutely stunning!

The room was definitely looking a bit worn and in need of an upgrade. A few things falling off the wall, and the room's bathroom was looking very well used. But otherwise comfortable stay.

Just average, nothing outstanding.

I felt more like living in an apartment room, not in a hotel. Perhaps because of the location and building style I felt like that.

Staying in the motel part of the hotel which was noisy in the small hours. Parking was difficult due to the onsite, but open to the public, hairdressers. The room was excellent for a motel but not for a hotel, The breakfast hot food was cold every morning.

Room was great, but the carpark and Hotel is loooking tired. However I was pleased with the shower and the cleanliness of the room.

It was quite, prehapes because it was fairly empty.

Very dated, shower was terrible, cobwebs around, bed was very soft. It was average, but I won't be back.

TV wasn't working properly. Couldn't change channels or turn volume up.

Lovely room. No cleaning product smell. Clean and well-stocked bathroom.

I asked for a room with two beds but ended up with one King-sized bed. There was a bed settee that looked comfortable but had no bedding.Decided not to go back to reception and sort this as we had been given an upgrade (although I thought we were still getting two beds). It was also pouring with rain so decided to stay put.Overall very happy with the room though.

I booked due to there being an onsite restaurant. The restaurant was closed due to low occupancy, but I would see this as something that should be open, if advertised as a facility?

Staff were lovely, kids ate breakfast for free which was excellent money savings..pool was open , outdoor.

Spa pool wasn't working

Location was perfect! Walking distance to The Square which was great for the ANZAC Dawn Service

Downstairs unit would have been better as I struggled with stairs

old , cold .Not enough milk for coffee . small tv with few channels .

Central Location. Easy parking. Dining Room pleasant with good meals.

Room I think is on the list for refurbishment. carpet stained, and room looked in need of tender loving care

The bed was somewhat comfortable

Staff attitude, no cutlery/crockery (cups, bowls, plates etc) and was advised that this was not part of the room charge.. i've stayed in cheaper places that include the lot!

Out dated and tired hotel. Rooms decidedly average. Food in restaurant is terrible, in need of an upgrade. Restaurant had a strange smell, stale.This is not a criticism of staff, they were fine. It’s the state of the hotel that’s disappointing

Tired and old place, run down furnishing and for the price I paid was not worth it. No USB charging ports, cafe was over priced and not good quality
