Would not recommend this place to stay

If this motel was disclosed as emergency housing we never would have bought our children here. The booking was falsely advertised stating we had an extra bed, when we in fact did not (which is why we booked it). When confronted, the lady at the front counter blamed it on booking.com. Would not recommend this motel

Was great location and we got what we paid for

Room was incredible musty and smelt that way. Wallpaper was stripped in the rooms, bathroom floors and shower need a good clean, and mattresses and beds need and overhaul and updating. The sheets/bedding and towels however were great

Location was good.

Unit needs a decent clean, fridge was dirty, room didn't get serviced daily as per the booking, fold out sofa was awful one of the couples staying found alternative accommodation, pictures don't replicate what you get.

There was a beetle bug under the bed coversThe bathroom floor was sticky and the spa bath.No Aircon in the room just a ceiling fan that did jack crap to cool the room down If we knew it was also a motel for housing homeless people we would not have booked ??

The pool

A lot, booking on line does not tell you that is house’s emergency housing, it was full with families drinking , rooms were stifling hot no fan , no air conditioning and it was so dirty , ants all through the bathroom, the floors were all fatty and greasy and the bath tubs were grubby. never have we stayed in a place like it . It was expensive to stay in a place like that it was nothing like the photos on line.

Owner was friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Good location

Had to wash the plates, cups, knives and forks as they were dirty. The floor felt sticky. Spa bath was grubby and had to be cleaned before using. We were looking forward to using the pool but was green. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children, and the dining table only had 3 chairs ???‍♀️Needs cleaning and a revamp.

Bed was comfortable.

Facilities were a bit outdated and run down. Room wasn’t exactly same in photos. But I guess you get what you pay for. Couldn’t go for swim as pool was bit dirty and green.

The location

The room was disgusting, extremely dirty, and does not disclose that motel is used for emergency housing.I spent about an hour cleaning,my photos are of the dirty wipes after cleaning the shower toilet, tv a door frame that was was so black with grime.... the last photo is from the TV yuckDon't recommend

Fridge unclean.No spare blanket for sofa bed.Tennants couple rooms down were rowdy in the late night early hours of the morning

Disappointing

Accomodation sign says they welcome room inspections, however showed us a very different standard of room than was booked.Actual room had a hole in the gib wall, and was very dirty.

There was no air conditioning or fans and it was really hot and muggy. The whole place could use a spruce up especially the bathroom.Beds were too soft sink into/ couch was awful Tvs were really small

Loved it cause it was so close to everything! Not only that but the rooms were nice & big. But overall Excellent. Staff were so nice.

Didn’t like the bath tubs it was too high to jump in & out for a shower. & pool as well, we didn’t know if it was safe to swim because it was green, we thought it will be nice & blue lol

Bed was comfortable

Wasn’t very clean. Cracked cups. Curtain had come off the rod and had a gap.Long black hair on the spa bath, then managed to wrap itself around the toilet. Spider webs in bathroom and lounge ceilings. Toilet not very clean.

Beds were awesome

It’s needs painting, refreshing of furniture and carpets .. and bathroom ceiling is disgusting

Property was as advertised.

Customer service was average, upon signing in there was a lot of shouting to people in the property upstairs and a dog barking.Upon checking out at almost 10am the reception was locked, it got opened and the key was taken but nothing was really said.Encounters weren’t friendly for someone that was the face of the business.

from the photos we knew it was an older type of accommodation. Good for a family apartment as advertised, comfy beds and good pillows.
