Alpha Motor Inn

Good location

Very tired room. could have done without the cockroache.

I stay here often because of the friendly and helpful staff, good location and spacious rooms. The rooms are basic but comfortable and provide me with everything I need for 1-2 nights. Great value.

The decor needs to be improved and curtains cleaned.

Very good

Tv remote control was poor. No mute or subtitles

Very centrally located, clean and tidy rooms with all the essentials. Affordable.

Bathrooms were a bit tired but still very adequate.

The location was excellent for us to get to the Breastscreen facility where we had to be. The staff were very friendly and polite. The realistic price reflected the facility. Good.

The rooms were outdated and needed upgrading, ie the curtains, doors doorhandles and kitchen cabinatry was old and sticking when trying to open them, but mostly ok. The curtain going across the ranch slider, couldn't be opened as the toggle got stuck on the rail holder.....The toilet brush in the bathroom was grose...faecal matter in the bristles so luckily we didn't need to use.

Great location for a modestly priced stay. The facilities were up to expectations.

The dirty wall around the toilet was a bit concerning.

Rooms...staff awaiting my late arrival

Noise from next.door hotel

Wonderful staff, very obliging & helpful & happy. Rooms were clean & comfortable.

Good location and clean with good cooking facilities.

I liked that we were given rooms 31 and 39. for my big family, we were very close together. The parking area was awesome and the location was very easy to find. We will defiantly be back.

There was nothing we didn't like about this accommodation, everything was great.

Best shower I think I've ever had in a motel!!!! Don't be put off by the basic look of the shower, it might look ordinary but it's a power shower, perfect temperature (and didn't get hotter or colder during the shower). Totally made the trip! The bed was super comfy and the pillows just right. The little kitchenette was perfect for my overnight stay. And it was nice and quiet too.

Really, there was nothing I didn't like. It was quiet, secure, comfy (did I mention the epic shower?) and the owners were really helpful and nice.

This accommodation was a great choice for our family of 7. The beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was very good, and the kitchen facilities had everything we needed, which was very handy. Great value for money and close to all the shops, making our stay very convenient.

Apart from a cockroach being found in the bedroom on the wall, and thought that will get towels replaced but didnt….everything else was good and it didn’t affect our overall experience.

The location is very convenient as close to the city centre/ shops/ restaurants.Excellent Daily room service: topped up everything, replacing with new towels if required.Good value for the money spent.

Location was great . Centralised to places we needed to go to. Clean and tidy and had enough beds to accomodate for our family

One of the single beds seems broken as unstable . Lucky didnt need ti use it as had two other beds available.

It was a good price, good location, clean

The tv was difficult to use. Especially trying to get tv one. It's dated it looks tiredIn the morning I could gear the coffee shop putting out the chairs each chair was a bangThe owner did not engage with me

Good

There was no kitchen facilities. You had to wash your dishes in a bowl which you then had to carry to the bathroom to empty

Clean and quiet

Wall on right side of toilet needs a scrub, mouldy

Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, value for money accommodation in a great location.

Nothing to note

It was clean and neat and we were allowed to check out a bit later the morning so they are very accommodating

Clean and tidyGreat location I’d stay again

The tv was a pain to work and the remote needed new batteries
