ASURE Destiny on Fitzherbert Motel

Location was good, room was spacious and clean, kitchen was stocked well, tub was huge and endless warm water.

I didn’t receive a check in email or text and when we arrived at 10pm no one was available. I called the number and the person answering was not happy we arrived late and didn’t understand why we didn’t get a text. The room was freezing and it took a long time to warm up, the toilet ran all night and was missing a button, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, and the jets in the tub didn’t work.

I like that the photos online match the actual room. It's cozy and near everything. Very accessible to uber eats and the mall. Everything is handy

I liked having a small lounge and a chair to sit and watch TV (hate sitting on the bed:)) oh and the ice tray was full... nice one!

Heat pump seemed to turn off, the morning was a little cold

Good value, easy to find, quiet.

Great decoration, design of the room, very comfy and relaxing, really enjoyed my stay. Great bathroom facilities too

The two bedroom setup was excellent - perfect for what we needed

The smoke alarm went off every 20 mins from 5.40am when we were so excited to have a sleep in. No fire so guessing the smoke alarm was faulty.

Central location and large rooms.

Bed was really hard. Never saw any staff as the check in process was done via texting of codes and checkout was non existent.

Clean room and checkin process easy with text message from Host.

Everything was perfect

It felt new and very clean. Layout was nice too

The cooking equipments need to be replaced as it don’t seems healthy to cook. The based of the pan cracked. The kettle black. But other cutleries were very pretty

Not much other than having no elevator to the top floors so you need to carry up suitcases.
