The room is equipped with a brand-new 50-inch TV with over 50 HD channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. The staff are warm and attentive. Everything was excellent and highly satisfying

Very clean amd tidy, the staff were also very friendly. I initially thought it might be noisey given the busy road outside but had a peaceful night's sleep each night. Beds were very comfy. Loved that you got given a decent amount of milk too and not just little bottles! I have already booked to stay again next month for a week when I return to Palmy

Decor is dated and some odd artwork but was a lovely comfortable stay. A couple of the window latches were broken and for some reason there were three different heaters/fans in the room.

We had a two bedroom apartment for 2 nights.We were given complimentary washing and drying facilities which helped greatly as we're touring about. We also asked for a larger saucepan as the one in the kitchen was too small for pasta for 3 of us which they gave us.The double mattress was very comfortable.Good space for the car outside the front door.

The single mattress wasn't comfortable and the curtains were dusty in that bedroom.There were only two chairs instead of 4 in the outside area.

Air conditioning wasn’t working but we were made aware of this from the owners before we arrived. There was a fan.

Nice clean, but tired rooms. Handy to our event and lovely friendly staff.

Next to park and not far from the town or river walkways

Very handy to Massey University and easy to get into town. Good parking close to each unit. Bed was comfortable, shower good pressure.

Just a few minor things that were a bit strange: - bathroom door handle not screwed on so it came off in my hand (to be fair, pushed back on just as easily) - drawer in bedside unit not glued together so the front falls off (to be fair, pushes back on just as easily) - cutlery tray way down the bottom of small shelf under the sink (to be fair, not a lot of other space)

The location was good for us.

The intire room was smelling very bad, I don’t know if was smoking, bad cleaning or old furniturie.But our friends were staying there as well and they rooms wasn’t smelling like our room so maybe I was just unlucky!

No TV at all. Arrived at 3.30pm and advised there?was no TV service for a couple of hours. I Arrived back around 6pm and no TV available the rest of the night..Parking was very tight with advanced directly behind me.

Awatea Park Motel upgraded my room for free. It comes with a 50-inch large TV with over 50 HD channels, all facilities are being updated—new sofa, new mattress, new carpet. There’s an air fryer, the kitchen is fully equipped, and it’s extremely cost-effective.

One of my children found his bed too soft other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Great Location, quiet. Very reasonably priced. Loved looking out onto the reserve from our studio. Good parking.

Only one facecloth in the bathroom, there were 2 of us staying in the studio.

Location the swings on the field are a nice touch for kids , love that it’s one story for unloading your car

Could be upgraded in come areas like furniture but not a big deal everything is kept tidy and clean

Very convenient location for our purposes. Fresh bottle of milk on arrival. Affordable. Pretty view at the back and nice walk to relatives' home. Check in and out was very easy.

Rather a funny musty smell on arrival. Shower curtain never ideal. Access to wardrobe not good. TV didn't work, but staff went to trouble to fix it. TV rather too small to watch from bed. Some noise from main road - but all the motels are on the same road, so we couldn't have done better elsewhere.
