Location and it was quiet. Owner very helpful.

Narrow parking spaces, narrow outside upstairs walkway, no nets on the full width windows, so no privacy during the day unless you closed the curtains

The three-bedroom was perfect for our group, accommodating up to nine (9) persons with a large kitchen with two sinks, and two bathrooms. The kitchen itself was well stocked with all of the essentials. Air conditioning unit was available in the lounge which was perfect for summer cool down. An easy walk across the road finds two supermarkets (Woolworths & New World), Laundromats, gas stations, cafes and a variety of take-aways.

There was a door in the room that would not lock with the key provided. It went to a private courtyard, though with the construction site next door could have been a security issue.

Our room was very comfortable, clean and inviting with great facilities. Was so cosy.

It was nice a close to everything.

We had the 3 bedroom unit.We were there for a wedding and were disappointed that there were no wardrobes or anywhere to hang anything, only coat hooks.It slept 9 yet the lounge only had a two seater couch and to our surprise no TV.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and had enough facilities for the night.

The noise, it is on a busy main road and was very noisy (Palmerston has a lot of boy racers so it is usually noisy) there is a pub very close that is also rather noisy. A rubbish collection happened at some very early hour of the morning waking me.

I stay with Aspree Motor Inn on a regular basis. The management and staff are friendly and always make sure that I am comfortable and have everything that I need during my stays. I always look forward to staying with them, and I usually make reservations with them personally. Thank you to Leeannee for always accommodating me.

There are no improvements that are needed. I always receive 5 star service and treatment at Aspree.

Friendly and helpful receptionist who gave clear instructions.

Twice we had to park in a different space instead of parking in front of the room allocated to us because other cars parked there.

Excellent value. Our room had a very comfy bed, a kitchen, TV, heat pump and a private bathroom. Only a short walk to the city centre. We were aware that we were on a main road (there’s a clue in the address) but there wasn’t much road noise and slept really well.

The rooms are relatively modern and have all the creature comforts. Aircon was a must have and definitely needed it so that was good. I also loved that we could park right out the front of the room which I appreciated.

A little more attention to detail on the cleaning would not go astray I think, just a bit mucky in the bathrooms but nothing that was too concerning. We had a couple of noisy neighbours but thats not their fault.

Room looked fresh, modern, well kept. Comfy bed, not too soft (which is what we prefer).

Shower is great, but a little splashy - it sprays quite a bit onto the bathroom floor. We remembered this from a previous stay at Aspree but weren't really able to mitigate it either time.

Very close to a noisy childcare centre. The room smelled of fish, smell came from the fridge. Manager was happy to look into that once I raised it

The difficulty in finding anyone when arriving.

My room was easy to access with good aircon and facilities. The bathroom was very clean and well appointed with a good shower. The bed was very comfy with good pillows. Plenty of power points was a real convenience. My room was quiet despite the hotel being quite full. Good parking and easy check out. The kitchen had everything I needed. The staff were welcoming on my arrival and check in was trouble free. This location is very close to several restaurants with chargeback facilities. I enjoyed my stay.

Bathroom, particularly shower needs a thorough clean. Tiles and silcone sealer is badly stained and soiled.
