very friendly, clean and neat. overall very good

It was easy to prepare a meal. Bed was comfortable appliances were easy to use

Untidy forecourt , dirty glass windows, ill fitting curtains. Hot water pressure was poor. No reception, message on reception door with room left open open and key inside

Roomie comfortable and a good pool to cool offHandy to centre of city.

Beds were good

Ran out of hot water, upon checking we noticed the hot water cylinder had been switched off

Easy check in, easy staff, easy close to city

Aircon was a let down

Clean & comfortable.

A little dated in the hallways but the room was nice, modern & met our needs.

Room was very very good with great amenities.

The Hot Water cylinder was turned off so lucky I had a shower the day we arrived so that by the morning they were hot

Price was good, location was good and the room was clean and spacious

Pile of rubbish by our entrance door and had to walk through a pile of leaves to get into our room. Wifi password wasn’t left in the room so reception texted it to me but spelt it wrong. Rubbish also dumped at the front of the motel made it look neglected

Nothing,the place said pet freindly,there was nowhere2allow pets2do there business in private outside all rooms so guests without pets where crowed and not very nice for guest to smell or see pets relieving them selfs.i she pets owners leaving the pets mess not picking up after them.

Nothing was set up for pets nor guests not out door seating the unit was dirty smells not hot water.we stayed Xmas day2nights after there was no room service so ment 1bath room towel the whole stay no staff or office staff nowhere posted for rubbish,.

No shelf in shower to rest soap, flannel and razor. However there is liquid soap available.

No milk in the fridge

The motel close enough to the town center, so your able to walk into town. About a 5min walk to paknsave. The room was tidy and very accommodating.

Only thing that was disappointing was the room could've been cleaner. Had cobwebs and a few spiders hiding out in the bathroom. A couple of walls needed a wipe down other than that a good stay.

Good set up with beds ,really good shower and a heat pump made the difference at night Value for money , would stay there again

I would like to rate a 0 to the customer service It is the worst experience ever. We are traveling with dogs. For some reason, they didn’t get our “ traveling with dogs” info which I put in the special request session when booking. When the owner/manager found out, she requested us to pay for the dog fee in which we are 100% okay with it. The thing made us uncomfortable is the way she put it1. She put it in a way that we are doggy person trying to get away with it 2. She put it in a way that she stands up high educate us 3. She emphasized quite a number of times that our leaves smell on her carpet - which is over decades old. (Our dog did not pee or poo on their carpet at all, they all have their own proper bed)
