Very quiet, comfortable.Spotlessly clean.

A bit dated.

Well priced quiet motel with large units. Pizza shop and liquor store across the road.

Good location and the room was a good size, staff were friendly

Beds were noisy so every time someone rolled over you were disturbed, bathroom had no lock on the door and the wet area shower had no curtain or privacy screen so not ideal when travelling with teenagers.

Nice handy location to Palmerston North City Centre and also to the pools where we were competing. We loved the outdoor area and our room was nice and handy to the pool. We had dinner outside on the big communal table in the middle of the outdoor area and the kids loved the basketball hoop.

It was a little bit dated and could do with a freshen up. The kitchen was very small.

Friendly, helpful staff and we loved the outdoor area which has plenty to keep kids entertained.Really comfortable and has everything you need for your home away from home (great for families)

It was dated but it was very clean. The management were doing maintenance (painting etc) while we were there so they are making improvements as I write this

We would have extended our stay here if we didn't pre-booked the other. The room had all the basics we needed. Well equipped kitchen, tidy and comfortable beds. The kids loved the pool and the basketball court. Walking distance to the Mall, Pubs and Grocery shopping. Thank you for having us.

Everything was perfect

Nice an comfortable, my children were happy, so we were happy parents...

Just outside by the back sliding doors wooden floor boards were very old wood, my son fell through one an sprained his ankle. I suggest you look at replacing the floor boards, not safe at all, wouldn't look to good if the health an safety team showed up. rooms 4 an 5.

Good motel for groups with all the rooms opening to a communal grass and pool area.And there was an oven - hardly any motels have room facilities like this anymore.

It was close to everything we needed, the lady at the front desk was friendly.

We could hear every little sound coming from next door, didn’t get much sleep.

Pool isn't heated

Our unit was comfortable, clean, exactly what we expected. The staff were friendly and provided us with everything we asked for ie extra towels for pool. Guests were thoughtfully placed throughout the complex giving privacy and no noise from other people staying. The pool was great, deep for little ones but with the provision of noodles and pool toys they had so much fun and in just three days gained so much confidence. The provision of balls, basketball hoop, nets and bats provided a great family space.

Beds were comfy, Kitchen was great, primo having free wifi and sky. Great outdoor space for the kids.

Loved the relaxing view and space outside the room (instead of a usual courtyard view of cars). Excellent view of pool and other facilities. Great friendly owner!. Will be staying in future there.

Lovely room, clean and very comfortable beds. Kitchen nicely set up and very clean.

Tap on shower not easy to set. No coffee plunger or similar. The beds are a bit close. Those were very few things.

Kitchen area and bathroom could do with a bit of a refresh, but were clean and functional. Work being done around the motel though, so possibly this may be part of that.
