Big Five Motel

Last minute decision for booking. Jenny was very hospitable. The room was warm and cosy for a night stay.

Central location to CBD and amenities. Great staff to deal with and nice, clean And tidy facilities. A++

Washing up arrangements

Was great been able to bring our two dogs with us, the rooms were great, bed comfortable, is awesome with the park not far away also

The only downside was no enclosed courtyard, but was an open area out back

Location ok

Room to small for what paid with no Aircon

Staff very attentive.

Ān inebriated couple were arguing loudly near our unit at 2 am. They were not moved on until 20 mins later. They kept arguing out on the footpath and returned near us for another 10 minutes.

The room was compact, clean & had some well thought out personal touches that made the room feel like a home away from home. We stayed 2 nights and room was cleaned & restocked on return. We were able to have our dog there which was an added bonus, we’ll definitely be back wouldn’t stay anywhere else

Cleanliness

Small place and bed

Location to the gardens is perfect. Nice a clean and quiet.

Friendly service and clean room.

No air-conditioning

Location

Didn't get the room I book. I booked 1 that had outdoor space for my dog but instead I got the smallest room thy had not even big enough for myself and my puppy. Was not happy. Had to unblock the shower drain b4 I could have a shower not sure the last time it had bn cleaned out.

Propety was very clean and modern

Size of the room. A bit small

The property was as described and pictured, it was perfect for myself and mother in law to stay in as we both had our own rooms and bathrooms. The kitchenette was perfect for the unit and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we were able to extend our check out time by an hour with no extra troubles which was great. Would recommend, great value for money

Clean and tidy rooms, convenient location.

No Air-conditioning.

Location good. Bed comfy

Shower affected by other users next door

The location for where we needed was excellent. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. Also pet friendly and clean.

This is feedback.. The bathroom could use a small bench so we can lay clothes down somewhere. The microwave was making a very high pitched sound and should have had an electrical check.

Clean and tidy, well presented.

Room was simply too small, meant some facilities not provided. Bathroom similar. Budget room, suitable maybe for one person, not reflected in the price.

Very clean and tidy. The beds were comfy, and the shower is the best shower we have had in a motel. Good value for money. If we come back, we will definitely be staying here again.

We were early by 1hour and the lady said no problem. We could come straight in. So welcoming as we were travelling with our dog

Their was nothing I didn't like. We had two bedrooms and two onsuites. Just perfect

Was nice to find there is a good pet friendly motel. Room was a good size and staff were helpful. location was handy to park for the dog. Would stay again.

Ran out of soap and shower gel as stayed 2 nights, I am sure we could have asked for more no problem though. Not really any issues at all.
