Clean, can walk to town

I arrived really late and it was dark and confusing how to gain access to the hotel. Text instructions should mention that key card gives access to reception after hours.

Clean and enjoyed the comfort and welcoming kind staff

Location close to town, friendly staff.

Not clean, mold, food on floor, really dirty in bathroom. Dated which I don’t mind as long as it’s clean. Surprised by all positive reviews maybe we got a room that hadn’t been updated as photos on the site the bathrooms look a lot newer.

Location to town and air conditioner. Breakfast was great value ( even though our instructions weren’t followed with regards to food exclusions). Place was quite though and next to a new mini golf and bowlarama

Bed was quite soft which meant my husband struggled to turn and we had roll together. Breakfast was wrong and we had asked some food was excluded but was still included. There were a number of things listed that were not available in the room (alarm clock, phone)

Very good value, clean and good friendly staff, I'll be back

Carpet and decor is old.Difficulty in ordering breakfast, as restaurant closed.

Great value, exceptional Eggs Benedict for breakfast. Close to shops. Quiet location.

Comfy bed and manager very approachable

Unit itself is very old, smells musty, stove rusted, carpets stained, whole building needs urgent updating.

The location was perfect for access to the main town and the Arena where our son was playing Futsal. The room was a good size and had everything we needed.

The beds were very soft. Not sure if they are just due to be updated

Had everything I needed, good value, good selection of tea and coffee etc. nice towels and heated towel rail

I was grateful to have the accommodation after a long drive. This was my third stay at the B.Ks motel but it didn't match the first two.

I was very disappointed that my request for some disability accommodation wasn't considered.I am eighty and have some mobility challenges , and they put me in a room as far from my car as possible. There was a stale odor and when I checked the outside , I could smell cigarettes smoke near my room. I asked about eating places near and the 2 that were suggested were very poor but luckily I walked up further block and found one of the best places to eat Called nosh. The location had no appeal.Unlike the first two places I stayed with this organization.

a nice comfy place to stay overnight. Bed and twin room was comfy. Liked the recliner chairs by the TV

Bathroom had natty rusting fixtures. Looked some black mould in bathroom.

The hotel was a deal for the quality. Has in-house restaurant, the room was large, clean, had a nice sized shower bathroom, mini fridge, spacious, warm with no noise, on site parking. Also the location is close to everything else in town (helps that the town is relatively small).

There are a limited amount of stalls. Like when I left in the evening to go to the convenience store, the whole lot was full except the one stall I left so if anyone else had taken it while I was gone I'd have to go find off site parking. There was street parking by the hotel though.

Not that great. I will be looking for different accomodation next time.

Restaurant was shut, permanently.Staff not overly friendly. Not the most comfortable bed or chairs. No soft blanket even though its winter.

Nice clean and modern faciliturs

Pillows very soft, if I use these premises again will take my own pillow. (Personal preference)

Nice room with balcony and heat pump, gave me good facilities to store and wash bicycles

Great well appointed room and very comfortable bed.

I was only there one night and didn't have breakfast there, but in the time I was there, I couldn't fault it.

The lovely receptionist was great - really friendly and approachable :) The room was clean and comfortable for our stay :)

1. Would have been nice to have a packet of complimentary biscuits for each guest instead of having to share one.2. A larger electric jug would save time from having to refill and re-heat the water.3. Guests who show total disregard for others by arguing and yelling at ridiculous hours in the morning (3am). There were families, children and senior citizens staying and no-one should have to put up with that irresponsible behaviour.

Staff were friendly. We were flying in late, great communication with the staff to have the room and key available.
