Do not book the room 13. The carpet is dirty und it smells extremly musty. It ist a dirty whole .

Bed was comfortable and clean. Rooms was very dated and needs refreshing.

The guy who meet us was welcoming and friendly. Easy check in. Room was as expected going by reviews. It was fine if you are traveling on a budget. Location is great.

It was on presentation dirty furniture dirty interior need attention you just felt uneasy I was hoping no bed bugs

Very clean and tidy. The bedding and towels etc were very clean. Beds were comfortable.

Two of the provided electric heaters were not working. Electric kettle wasn't working properly, kept turning off.

Stained carpet. Unit stunk. Couch too low to sit on , poor shower pressure.

We were up graded to a motel with kitchen but had to pay extra. Ended up staying 2 nights instead of 1 Location is great. Walking distance to caroline bay and town. Bed was comfortable and unit was warm. We had a garage for our car and balcony.

The carpet is worn and had hole in it by sliding door covered by a mat. . The bedroom door is stuffed needs replaced and bathroom had what looked like door on ceiling and door not great either. It was dusty in bathroom. Microwave had rust and looked dirty on outside. Wouldn't recommend it for the price . Budget accomodation.

Comfiest bed we’ve had in a 3 month trip . All facilities required including laundry dealt with by our host. Personal garage for my motorcycle

It was clean and comfortable, with a lovely outlook. It had a garage where we could park our bikes.

Size of units was perfect. On Duty staff member very helpful and friendly

Unit 2 - Faulty Light in lounge by door. Unit 5 - Electrical Outlet on stove did not work and the jug didnt boil unless held in place on the base. Electrical socket plate behind TV was broken and didnt feel safe to use

View, close to town

Outside door locks worked sometimes, power plugs on the oven didn't work, light switch in one bedroom didn't work, only 2 teaspoons when it slept 5 people, batteries kept coming out of the TV remote. In general the motel was quite run down, not really acceptable.

It was like being shut...

The filthy carpet. The stupid little hand basin in bathroom. The rotten timber surrounds painted over. Shocking cutlery. One spoon for two people. Used our own. Unbalanced fridge. Silver fish in sink.

Hideous

Everything. It is in very poor condition, only single glazed and as it is on the main road it was very noisy. The entire suite was drab, scruffy and we had doubts about the safety of the electrics. The light above the bed didn’t work and as we were concerned about the electrics we tested the smoke alarm, which also didn’t work, this was extremely dangerous! Ironically the only guest information was what to do in the event of a fire! The photos are deceptive and not a true reflection of the accommodation.

Good location, friendly staff.

Carpets stained, flaking paint, unkept facilities. Soft bed, Electrical plugs tricky. Shower nozzle and curtain had some blue foam on it. No milk offered on check in.
