Absence of lift required carrying luggage up stairs. No reception staff, all was self check-in..

Great room price when you are only wanting a place to rest your head rather than spending time in the hotel room.

We had a person next door playing music into the early hours of the morning which was unfortunate for us.

Location for the event we attended. Lovely and clean, comfy bed, great shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

We stayed In room nine, lovely looking onto street . At night the light came thru the bottom of blind. But I folded a towel and lay it in window ledge. Problem solved. Quite happy to stay in same room again. Thank you.

Good value for money! Clear check in instructions and the gifted bag of candies on the bed was a nice touch! Practical if you have a car, parking available.

Comfortable and clean apartment. Only stayed one night to see the Penguins. Loved the lolly bag on arrival.

Easy to visit area from

Little sound proofing. Lot of noise between units. My unit had large windows that when opened could be yanked open from passersby on balcony around whole motel and forced open to allow access to room. Kept closed to feel secure. Uncomfortable little table and chairs in room.

The room was comfortable, and easy to get to with GPS, we use the laundry facility. I was desperately needed on this trip. Arthur restaurant in wine Café was right around the corner as well as antique shops.

It was pretty comfortable the way it was.

You could hear everything. People walking past, opening closing doors etc. Bring ear plugs

An excellent location close to the CBD within walking distance of everything I needed. Quite small rooms but a warm, secure and generally convenient facility.

We had low expectations but it was relatively cheap. However, while definitely minimalist, the room was fine. Unexpected quiet and comfortable. Great shower!

A microwave was provided but no dish capable of heating anything like soup, pasta etc. Breakfast bowls were suitable for a child or dieter. Ironic sign asking for fan to be used when cooking!

We had a good sized room with very adequate seating. The bed was very comfortable, but I would have liked a firmer pillow. My husband was more than happy with his. The room was clean, good shower. It was only a couple of minutes to walk to the centre of town and the supermarket was also within walking distance. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful.

I didn't realize when I booked we would have to negotiate a set of stairs with our suitcases, etc. The lovely staff actually carried them up for us. The light outside our room was not working, making it very difficult to see to put the door code in.Otherwise, good value for money.

It was a nice location and easy to walk to places. Couldn't hear the traffic until early morning.

The bathroom heater didn't work in my daughter and husbands room.

Perfect location, easy to access without needing to check in at a reception desk, had everything we needed and the bag of lollies was very much appreciated :-D

No table and chairs in room to eat and no stove to cool we had to buy our own

It seems a strange location but in actual fact, worked out perfect.The facilities are great, roomy, clean.

Very comfortable and a good sized room and bathroom. Quiet at night with a comfortable bed.

Very narrow stairs to room, making it hard to carry a suitcase up and down. Room was very clean except cleaners, ( I know, I'm one) should pull the bathroom door back to vacuum behind. Upon arrival there were 3 strands of hair behind the door.Otherwise happy with cleanliness.

Close to town. Comfortable clean and well equipped. Smart TV with Netflix and you tube access. Ample parking on site. Recommended.

It was clean.

Location didn’t feel safe. The front door (only entry/exit door) was misaligned and didn’t hang right - a lot of light and air came thru the large cracks at bottom left and upper right. Lots of road noise. Uncomfortable mattress, and I was besieged with insect bites, but never saw any.

Very modern and new, easy access parking lot, easy to check in - all the information to enter is received via booking (could be troublesome if you don't travel with an esim though). Sinks have standard faucet - the only one I saw in new zealand, such a relief.
