The Management and staff were so kind. Lots of ‘Good mornings, have a great day’. Easy booking in and out. 5 star service.
Our room was comfortable and quiet, even though the main road is nearby. Well equipped, with good internet and a good shower. Recommended.
Good size unit,clean.
Road noise.
The room was just nice for two people. Everything in the room was working fine. The electric blanket was a plus to warm the bed before sleeping.
Friendly staff, good, spacious rooms. Accommodated our parking needs. Would stay again!
Very clean. Great layout.
The people doing the cleaning did a fantastic job, however they are on a tight timeframe so expect to have them bust into your room at anytime.
Everything was great. Clean. Comfortable. Quality location. Secure and safe.
Nothing to dislike.
Nice and easy to find. Very quiet. Short walk to the Botanical gardens which are pretty. Short drive into the town/docks to see the penguins etc.
Loved the King bed, very comfortable and lots of space. Liked the drawers in bedroom great for putting stuff on.Designated car parking. Numbered rooms easily labeled, easy to find room.Good working fridge.
Didn't like the shower not having a shower hose. Cramped bathroom and loo. Light switches, benches too low, bad for back. The entrance driveway steep and narrow to drive up.
Location was on a busy road at daytime but traffic stopped around 8 pm. Very quiet overnight. Great comfortable bed.
All good
Had everything we needed for a short stay
There was a note in the kitchen advising that if we didn’t wash and dry the dishes we would be charged $50! I get the sentiment but it was a bit harsh
It is immaculate! Freshly decorated, well furnished. Great facility.
While fans are provided it was pretty hot overnight
The motel exceeded our expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with excellent shower pressure. The living area was spacious, and it even had an additional bed in the living room for extra convenience.
Its all good
The bed so comfortable
Maybe a bigger milk and something for the kids and extra tv in a bedroom
Good location, easy parking and comfortable beds
Very comfortable beds, spacious.
Could have done with a few more kitchen utensils
