Harbour View Motel

I enjoyed my stay here and have no complains. Room (and living room) were large, and tidy and they had nice little touches like a little pack of cookies and a decent amount of milk. They had a $5 breakfast which is excellent value - it's basic toast, cereal, coffee and juice, but for $5 it's a bargain! There was some road noise, but I expected this due to the location, and came prepared with some ear plugs - slept better than I had in a few days. I also think that many of the others rooms would have less road noice - I was on the end room, so I had a window in my bedroom, but I suspect that a few others might not have that, and be sandwiched between the living room and bathroom so good sound proofing there. I had neighbours but did not hear anything through the walls. Bed was large and comfy. I'd stay here again.

The bit of road noise, but as mentioned above, I ended up sleeping very well.

Property was lovely, we had the spa bath room which was a lovely treat. Nice and relaxing after alot of travelling.

Although sound proof windows it is on a main highway with a train track close by, this did disturb the sleep a little.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to beach and park plus restaurants.

Very large 2 bed apartment. Very comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer available and staff very helpful. Odin was a bonus greeter at reception

A really lovely welcome and a very clean and comfortable property. Very close to Caroline Bay and only a very short walk up the hill to restaurants and the town.

The fan in the bathroom is very loud and needs replacing.

Fantastic location. We love watching the cars and trains going past. We are regulars and always enjoy staying here. Our apartment feels homely and so comfy. Great having the balcony to use as well. We had an awesomeView of the New Years Fireworks. Parking at the motel is easy and plenty of space between the cars. Bedding is very clean and comfy. Thanks for another great stay.

Clean, comfortable and in a good location for all our needs. Front row seats to watch the new year fireworks in Caroline Bay.

Noise from the traffic. Including trains, trucks and cars running straight past our room. Services were sparse as it was over the Xmas period.

We were there for 4& rotary weekend. Great location, set up scaffold so we could watch the cars go by. Room was lovely and spacious. We stayed 2 nights and they serviced our room which was not expected. Staff were helpful with parking spaces as we were in a small truck with the car loaded on the back.

Shower could have been a bit cleaner (but I am super fussy)
