Aspen on King

Clean rooms

poor location in a valley. Unfriendly guy at reception..did not communicate at all

Room was clean, loved that the heat pump was on before my arrival as it was chilly!

Upgraded at no charge to a 3 bedroom apt! Superb!

Bedroom windows face busy street…car noise

well appointed, very accommodating when I had to go to hospital and had the room key, no problem getting another key for therezt of my family

Maybe a grab handle for the shower, as i felt a little un-stable stepping down out of the shower,

Nice room , good shower , comfortable beds , accommodating hosts.

Nothing I can think of .

The most comfortable stay! Honestly wasn’t expecting much but had one of the best stays. Loved the recliners in the lounge, spacious and cosy. Would stay again. Thanks so much!

If I had to be picky, there isn’t really any room in the bathroom to put your things but that was really it

Clean, spacious, with comfortable beds

An extraction fan in the bathroom would be a good addition.

Accommodated my family and I very well nice and tidy

Wifi wasn’t the best had to use my data

Everything in one spot. Plus close to everything you need

The deck building going on on the house behind was very noisy

Quiet, lots of space, everything I needed

Mattress was a bit uncomfortable, could have been a bit firmer

Friendly owner, very helpful and accommodating. Very clean motel unit.

Unit had bedrooms on the road side so a bit noisy when traffic passed.

Convenient and quiet location, spacious and light room with a good kitchen. The price was good too

The parking spaces were ridiculously tiny, even for our very small car. We had to turn sideways and contort ourselves to get in or out

Excellent service & friendly staff. Property is a little dated but the rooms were very clean & facilities good.

The price was a little higher than expected but seems to be the norm in Timaru. Not the most convenient location.

Good locationQuietCleanPretty modern in the living area.A good experience

Being super super picky, the bed moved around d when I sat on it. Could do with maybe a coaster or something. Absolutely did not detract from the great stay

Quiet location, very comfy recliner chairs and a spa bath.

Lovely customer service from the time we arrived to when we left. The entire premises is clean and tidy. Our room was perfect, it had everything we needed. Would definitely return back to Aspen on King.

Comfortable beds and good outdoor facilities for children

Room needed alot if attention, shower had poor pressure and constantly dripped, toilet flushing issues, main sliding door lock desperate attention .. as didnt lock so easy to pull door open when locked .. For the price paid compared to other complexes would not rate as good value

Well equipped cooking facilities. Staff cares and helpful.

Special carpet for heavy duty use not sure how clean it is.Bed room quite small there’s two feet gap to walk by but living is spacious.Be mindful when getting out of the shower, nearly a foot down to the bathroom floor.

Roomy 2 bedroom apartment. Handy for town. Plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. Even had a teapot!

Toaster a bit passed it and bathroom door a bit sqeaky. Sorry I didn't remember to mention it at checkout. Definitely not a major

Very spacious and clean, manager was very welcoming. Having a night and day near by was handy.
