Stunning view, very spacious accommodation. Really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. Also the proximity to the beach and park.

Great views from our apartment. Very clean and comfortable stay.

Spa bath jets were very loud.

Villa was good for our family of 5 adults 2 children and 2 dogs. Plenty of space. Car park for 3 cars.

Had to pay a surcharge on arrival for the dogs, which wasn't disclosed on Booking.Com when the Booking was made.Owners pit bull attacked one of dogs as we were leaving. Lots of signs in the villa on what not to do.There is railway line next to the complex. No direct access to the beach, via public access to Caroline BayVilla is showing ware and tear.

It was the main bed. Very bouncy. So I went into the other room which is way more comfortable

The room had an excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities. It was also large and comfortable. It is located within walking distance of the main beach area, some restaurants and bars, and Timaru's main street. The beach is a 1200m walk from the elevated Piazza. Parking is a little tight but accessible. The Motel is on the busy route 1 so a little noisy during the day, much less so at night. Value was very good.

We requested a room with a seaview and we were thrilled to have a beautiful view overlooking the port. There were lovely lawn and gardens in front of the seaview. It was so nice sitting at the table and chairs with our tea and coffee looking at that beautiful view. A great kitchen, big bathroom and comfortable beds. Everything was spotless.Ray made us feel very welcome.

Great stay, room with a balcony and sea view. Good location, I’ve dropped a star, just due to traffic noise from the road. Loads of room, very comfy and clean

The road noise. But that can’t be helped with single pane windows. Noticeably all motels seemed to be on SH1. So I reckon we chose well.

Off street parking, lovely views over Park to harbour. Pet friendly

Spotlessly clean. All the furnishings, bedding and curtains looked new. Well equipped kitchenette. Easy to walk into town.

It would be good to have a rubbish bin in the bathroom as well as the kitchen.

Central to Timaru activities and restaurants. Close to Caroline Bay. Comfortable room. Friendly staff.
