Big, spacious, comfortable - great place.

Friendly and informative staff, lovely tidy grounds. We hired three cabins for our family and all were well maintained, comfortable and everything we needed for our stay.

Being Xmas time the car parking was a little tight around cabins.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at the Timaru TOP 10 Holiday Park. The location is ideal — peaceful yet conveniently close to the town centre and Caroline Bay. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well maintained, including the kitchen, bathrooms, and communal areas. Our children especially enjoyed the playground, which was safe and well equipped. Overall, this holiday park offers excellent value for families and provides a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would gladly return on our next visit to Timaru.

Very well appointed - no complaints.

Very minor complaint - there were no actual rubbish bags. There were two small rubbish bins provided, one in the kitchenette and one in the bathroom but no actual bin liners/bags.

Friendly staff and Friendly house keepers. Tidy property with everything you need. Place was clean and tidy . Had everything i needed in the kitchen as we stayed in the family motel apartments

Great location, amazing staff, playground area for kids.

Only downside was we were in the disabled ensuite unit, the shower was awfully low and didn’t have a lot of pressure. Other than that everything was great.

Cabin room was too small for a group of 4.

The location was great and the facilities were good.

The bathroom was dirty and the price for a basic cabin with no tv was on par with a basic motel room so while the facilities were good for a camp ground the price i felt was too high.

Everything about this place made my family and i feel at home. My sons came out of their shells and made so many friends. The facilities were very clean and tidy. The staff were lovely and awesome. We have booked in again for xmas 2026.

Yoi can't cook in the accommodation. You have to go to the common kitchen plus there was no towels when we arrrive.

Cheap easy to get to and clean

Super clean. Excellent shower and clean bed, just what we wanted for an overnight stay en route.
