The hallway and room reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was sparse—perhaps a few hooks or a towel rack would have been handy. Felt cold—there is no staff available in person.

So amazing! Everything was super clean. And modern like! The place looks exactly like in the pictures. Organized, Well taken care of. The price is amazing. The room comfortable. I was so impressed with the place, because, as I have said, the price is AMAZING (though, let's see for how long, because, there is a catch).Bathrooms? Oh, god! So white, so clean, so well maintained! Some contain both WC and shower, with enough space to not feel claustrophobic at all! Truly exceptional.The kitchen is equipped good enough, and the appliances looked good. There are different kind of cereals available for free to customers. Fancy coffee machine.

Quite empty... which is really sad. There are a lot of rooms, but the place doesn't seem to be very popular. I believe the reason would be it's location... It is located In the middle of 2 big and popular cities, but the drive between those cities is not long enough to give a stay here a good reason... I hope people will learn of how amazing this place is and stop more often. I want to see it prosper as much as possible.

The building had been beautifully renovated & our stay was comfortable & quiet

Absolutely amazing stay, the loft was beautiful & homely. Loved all the facilities, managed to do our washing. Great location, was walking distance to everything. My partner had just gotten off the boats for a layover and this guesthouse was perfect, will definitely be back. Also recommend downloading the GOKI app, was very helpful.

Clean and modern ,communal kitchen was great.Coffee machine was good.

They said breakfast was included.. but no milk or butter.so couldn't have breakfast.Very busy and loud ,people had there doors open and was very loud in corridors.Didnt sleep very well.No staff on-site.

Exceptionally clean and modern facilities. Cosy Bedroom with very comfy bed. Great to have access to the downstairs Bar. Very good value for the price.

Primo location for a quite Getaway, Awsome friendly staff. Automated Access via Goki App. Continental breakfast provided. Comfortable beds. Nice bar down stairs. Plenty of Showers located indoor as well as out the patio.

This place was excellent value for money, in the centre of town. A very nice communal, kitchen, lounge, dining area. Our room was clean, cosy and comfortable with everything we needed.

New modern accommodation, great location, private parking. I recommend!

The place is very tidy and clean, close to all amenities. Good value for money if you’re only there to sleep.

The exhaust fan is very loud each time someone uses the bathroom and toilet.

Booked a room with private bathroom 6 months in advance as stated on our original booking documents, only to turn up and find that there was no bathroom, we sent an email and they replied that we were wrong so we tried to send them the documents and they blocked our emails, don’t know how they run a business, DONT STAY HERE!!! There’s no one on-site to help and the phone number they have listed goes to a bar who said they have nothing to do with the accommodation so then you email and they block you, What a joke and they still kept all our money, shame on you!!!

The rooms were well appointed with quality features. They were simple but elegant. While there were no jug or tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, the communal kitchen was very well stocked.

The only glitch was running out of complimentary milk in the morning.

Breakfast selection was good. Room comfortable and quiet.

Check in was a bit confusing but luckily there was a member of staff there that wasn’t working but had dropped in for some reason. She was most helpful.

Don't eat breakfast so not relevant to us. The facilities were fine in themselves, but for the price, I would expect ensuites rather than shared facilities.

As above. Plus there was no manager (other than the cleaner, who tried his best to accommodate our needs. There was no security as we all were using the same access codes.

It was clean

Booking.com did not say that it would have a shared bathroom. We would not have booked it had we known. The room was cramped, no furniture apart from the bed which sagged in the middle making sleep difficult for two people. The corridor was so brightly lit all night that the light flooded into the room preventing the other person from sleeping when one of us went out. It was poor value, very expensive for what we got.
