not much for kids now the tv room was great before but now nothing in there at all

Beautiful location

The queen bed in our cabin was very, very worn out and extremely hard to sleep, because of this.

Lovely park .. just set out strangely . I didn’t think the guest cabins should be near permanents or annuals . Would benefit from marking out sites also …. But overall great stay , lovely cabin . Didn’t see a staff member at all except the receptionist which was pleasant , efficient and friendly

The shower step was to high up for me to get into it Had to use the disabled bathroom

Great location. Cabins very comfortable and well set up. Short walk to town with cafes supermarkets etc. Beautiful beach location.

The park was across the road from the beach and although we didn’t swim there we enjoyed beach combing. We also loved being close to the skateboard park and BMX track. My kiddos also loved the jumping pillow.

We were upgraded from the cabin I booked and the upgrade didn’t feel like the right fit. We missed not having an outdoor space where we could meet and talk to others.

Location

We were in an apartment that was in a corner with no natural light and opened right onto parked cars. It did not meet expectations of a cabin in a caravan park and was expensive.

Can’t assess as I didn’t go.Big 4 Ulverstone said that Bookings.com cancelled my booking. When in fact my booking was still there.I asked to rebook another date and had no reply from Big 4 Ulverstone. I lost $377 for 2 nights stay. Poor communication

Great location & facilities

I found the couch very low & too soft

Good location, easy walk into town, good footpaths along the coast.

We had an open plan unit, not at all sound proof, neighbours were thumping aroung till late.Dishes hadnt been cleaned as there were ants in the cupboard. Front door flyscreen rattled in the wind.

Hard uncomfortable Bed

Heater and shower, and power as we have been without power for 6 days at Gunns Plains. Cherished the comfort.

Location and cabin was well set up.Walking distance to beach.

Thought the train was coming into the cabin.

We enjoyed the privacy and the surrounding parks that we could take our two Jack Russell’s they had a ball

The connection to the free wifi was very poor we had to go out side to use it when we had connection also we had no hot water to wash our dishes but plenty of antsWe thought your park was great that there was plenty of dog poo bags we were using them but we so quite a bit of poo that others just let it

the gates were locked to the park and jumping pillow was deflated, the fridge was super noisy for a little apartment. Could do with some books/magazines to read.

Our open plan unit was very good indeed. The facilities are excellent, enabling total independent living during our stay.It is ideal for either couples such as us or for a small family.

I found it difficult to move around the bed.

Cabin was as expected and clean. Friendly staff.

Location and park are not inspiring at all. Park maintenance is poor.
